Allstate , I haven’t gotten a bad experience from them since I switched from my previous insurance company. It was a pleasant feeling to speak with my agent who helped me in a magnificent way, it was such a good experience I also let my daughter get her insurance from them. When I first moved to The Villages, I had Allstate for my insurance agency. I was very satisfied with the service provided me by the Kevin McDonald Agency. However, when Allstate increased their premiums greatly, I changed insurance companies. I would highly recommend Kevin McDonald: Alstate Insurance if they reduce their premiums.

I have been with this company for at least 19 years maybe more and I have never had a problem with them even when I had a minor accident everything was Ltaken care of Right away.. Great customer service. Just moved into the area. Stephanie was very helpful in getting our new car and golf cart covered, in addition to our homeowners policy. She even contacted our former agency in North Carolina to get them to realize we no longer lived there, since they hadn’t listened to me when I relayed that fact to them.

Great experience. ..your agent Teresa Jenkins, was exceptional. When I came into the office I was very frustrated in dealing with a large agency in The Villages and their inability to answer simple coverage questions. After a short period of time Teresa had all my questions answered and I felt very comfortable with the coverage I had. She even did a follow up and discovered a piece of coverage that was missed and added that coverage to my policy at no charge to me this year since she said she missed it...which I am pretty certain would not have happened at the other agency! In addition, the homeowner coverage I got was actually a few hundred dollars less and was provided by the same company that my former agency offered. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend that people take the time to allow your agents to review what they currently have if they are with another agency!

We have had Allstate for 40 years and had excellent service. I've comparison shoppe every couple of years and have stayed with them. Customer service is top notch.
