Village Ace Hardware

This is my first time in the store, and I absolutely adore. It is so cute and so laid out and the moment I walked in the store I had help, and as I walked over to the paint counter, another gentleman helped me as well. I was looking for some oil-based paint to paint my light post with and the sure enough they had it. I had a couple questions they were able to answer it. I have to say they were very quick to help me and very courteous. I honestly would love to have one closer to me. This is a great store.

This Ace Hardware is top notch,10 out of 10! Employees are always very helpful and ready to help they have good knowledge of the store and you can get in and out in five or 10 minutes why go to a big box store and spend an hour looking around when you can go here and get in and out.

Ace is truly the place. They are always helpful. I like that someone is near the entry to help get to the right aisle, and then that there are employees nearby available to help out. And they are very in tune with the area. I knew when I needed replacement parts for a running toilet that they would be able to direct me. And they sure did. I was told which box was the best, as well as, the least expensive. This is my favorite Ace location.

I'm from VA visitng my parents. It seems like I spend everyday visiting this establishment. So far, I have found everything I need. Very clean store, friendly and helpful staff.

What a great experience! I commend this employee for his great customer service..I will definitely be back. Fixed me right up on my locks and rekeyed the other set so they all worked together. Thank you for your time and help.

Exceptional service! I walked in holding a screw, and someone immediately asked if I needed assistance. I did. They have multiple aisles filled with screws and it is overwhelming. The guy met me there within 5 minutes and was able to find my screw easily. I am very thankful for his help!

Went back again, got the same great service!

Great staff. They had the Square D circuit breaker I was looking for and they set it aside for me because it was the last one. When I went in everyone was very nice and got me right back on my way.
I highly recommend this Ace Hardware store!

When you need assistance with a project, go here. Don't waste your time going to the big box stores. If you find a clerk, he or she probably won't have a clue how to solve your problem. Ace has clerks that can help you. Their prices are reasonable.

Love their knowledge on rugs, great attentive service and lovely selection for a tastes and room sizes. James is a great informational resource on types, cleaning and ports of origin. We keep going back for more.
