Sonic Drive-In

The people that took my orders, cooked my food and served my food were friendly, smiling, well mannered and never messed up my orders since I have been going back to Sonic because I had moved out of town. I've been back in the area since early October 2023 and had a pleasurable experience every time I've been there which is usually about twice to three times a week. Keep up the quality workmanship and great customer service folks and watch the appreciation people will show you, especially myself 😁😁😁

Jess and the other girl who was there this morning were very friendly. They have a great attitude and it makes for a great start to my morning. Food was also great!

The food is good and the staff is friendly and I didn't have to wait very long for my food.

Wasn't a bad experience at all, I did notice quite a few young employees but that's a good thing right, they are going to be leading our future. Good job Sonic!! Really a nice time we had, enjoyed the service you showed us.

This location is usually very slow especially in the morning but I went today at 6:25 PM and from start to finish in the drive-thru only took me 14 minutes. The lady I had was nice and the food was very good.

Some of the nicest service in Ringgold! Yes there have been a couple of mistakes with my order but not anything that's not been addressed and fixed immediately. For instance, I ordered sweet tea but got unsweetened tea. It was corrected quickly. Not a big deal.

Good food @ reasonable pricing. My wife loves their shakes and we both like the fact that it has the old fasion 🚙 in service. We get to stay in our car. There used to be alot of places like this one. ENJOY. We both think you will.

Wonderful service even though they were short staffed.Very courteous . The Best fast food experience I've had in a long time. The most refreshing experience the staff and manager made us feel comfortable.Would give 10 stars if possible.

This is the only sonic location I've been to that haven't messed up my order. The only downfall is they can be kinda slow at times but I think that's due to staffing which is understandable.

Sonic is my go to for a shake craving. I always try to wait till the half price hour but rarely get the extra time to wait for it. But they are still worth the extra money to pay full price for. If they have it , they can mix it. I've made some great flavor combos. Chocolate covered cherry shake , Reese's cups in penut butter is good too. The food seems a bit pricey for fast food but I still love the burgers and tots.

They are always friendly at this location. Last night I had to wait on my food a little bit longer than normal, but it was good and fresh. Thank you!

Greeted by the friendliest young man when going through the drive-through. It made my day to see a young man expressing such a great personality “while working”.

Very polite and pleasant service. Food was brought out quicker than expected and was very hot.

They messed up our order and demanded to change it immediately with no charge. Although, we did not take there thoughtful offer because it made no difference to us, it showed the initiation and their care for their customers. Staff is very nice.
