Wendy's

I ordered through the app because they were offering a special on the pretzel baconator. There was a little bit of a wait but that's expected with lunch time. My food was fresh and that's what mattered most to me.

The staff here is always so friendly. We live right around the corner, so we often pick up food when we are working late or don't want to cook.

This Wendy's is close to the freeway and gets a lot of out of state people, as well as local folks. My husband and l tend to eat in our car. Not because its not clean inside, because it is. It's just the way we are.

Food was as expected, but the crew were awesome! We enjoyed them very much, great job folks!!

This is the Best Wendy's around! I use the drive thru 99% of the time & employee's are always friendly & courteous. Drive-Thru open 'till 11pm Sat -Thurs & 12 am Fri.. Food is hot, fresh & delicious. I highly recommend the "Vanilla Frosty Cookie Sundae"....yumm!!😋

The manager was easy to identify. She was directing front and back very efficiently. Order was taken and delivered quickly. Really liked the air of cooperation among the employees. There was no rush, just the look of everyone doing their job effectively. Nice store.

Passing through town 30 minutes before close and I had somewhat low expectations. Just trying to feed the family as we drove back home. Much to my surprise, this was a truly great experience. Keep in mind, this is 9:30pm right before close. There were a LOT of cars in front of us in the drivethru and I was expecting it to take forever. The person taking our order was incredibly pleasant and attentive, repeating back my order each item I added and asking if I needing anything else (I did, multiple times. 😅). The line moved quickly with 5-6 cars processing really quickly. Staff taking payment was very polite and in a great mood. Food was ready right as we got to the window for pickup, which was extra surprising because we had several custom items with condiments. They got our order right and we were out of there in a flash. I forgot to ask for ketchup so I circled back around and the lady at the payment window walked around to get me ketchup so I wouldn’t have to wait as long and seemed genuinely happy to help. Then, the food (burgers, fries, AND nuggets) were fresh, hot, and delicious. I eat Wendy’s quite a bit and this still stood out to me as extra tasty. I will say this, when you’ve had a long day and have grumpy, tired, hungry children in the car, I can’t say enough about how this experience helped with the rest of the trip home. Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of us and going above and beyond. Also, my daughter tried the new strawberry frosty and she loved it so much none of the rest of us got to try it. Lol. I’ll try that another time for sure. Thank you Wendy’s!

The best! Period. Not only the best Wendy's crew I've seen, but also the best in Ringgold. I've never been disappointed with anything I've received from here. The food is amazing and always fresh and cooked just right. Love this place hands down.

The people that work at this particular Wendy’s is strong,caring and very dedicated workers that work very hard no matter what is going on day or night. They make sure food is always served right and try to rotate their product out efficiently as possible for the best freshness! People who work here are Very tired and have life’s too they are working the best they can with what they are given to provide you with good service!So Thank you all for being strong and working! Y’all don’t get appreciated enough❤

5 pm on a Saturday (2023-04-29) and the restaurant was spotless, the employees friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Great experience.

Wendys is always clean. I have never had my order wrong and my food has always been fresh. The staff is always nice and my food is always prepared quickly. I love that their foundation raises money for children to be adopted. The best fast food restaurant i have been to.

This is one of the biggest Wendy's we've been to. Spacious, clean and inviting. Service was quick, staff friendly. My grilled chicken sandwich tasty and fresh. Fries hot and fresh. My hubby's burger was hot and fresh, along with his fries. Chocolate frosty very good as usual. Next time I'll try the new sundae.
Will definitely visit again. Recommend.

WOW ! My wife and I are heading home from Chattanooga and she just wanted a little snack. So with easy access off of I-75 south we decided on Wendy's, there are several fast food restaurant at this exit. However we stopped once before and had fabulous service. As before the service and most of all the professional and polite employee's was beyond any fast food restaurant we have been at in a long time. Food was fresh, order was right, and the rest was clean. We will be back and encourage others to give them a try.

I LOVE this Wendy's!!! They have some of the best food I've ever had. Their baconater fries have thick cheese over fries with small pieces of bacon cut up in it. The nuggets are fried to perfection and the staff are great. They always know what they're doing and get things done quick. The place is clean and the seats are comfortable. Their wraps are also very delicious. I personally love the chicken wrap, it has lettuce and chunks of chicken coated with honey mustard in a tortilla shell. The food here is delicious and I recommend coming here.

Great best Wendy's I've been to in a long time we both enjoyed our food I got the $5 bag and my friend got the $4 bag and we both had a great meal service was great didn't take long we definitely recommend this Wendy's

This was funny....we went to the McDonald's down the street. As we're walking in, there was spilled drinks all over the place...from the outside to the counter. And the folks inside were slower than molasses and we're walking around like they didn't care about anything... particularly the customers. Place just felt dirty and I didn't trust the people cooking my food would care either. As we waited in line....well, not a line, one person but it took so long it seemed like a line...my wife looked at me with a wrinkled up worry face and I asked "are you ready to go?". She said "yep". Headed over to this Wendy's. From the parking lot, you knew it was going to be much better. Very clean on the outside and walking inside was no different...clean! There was someone ahead of us, and their order was taken and boom!....our turn already. My wife headed to the bathroom, while I collected the drink cup. Immediately upon filling the drink, I look over and our order was on the counter. Seriously, I thought it was someone else's because it was so fast. My burger was not super hot, but they did make it exactly as I ordered it. All in all, world of difference from the MickeyD down the street and overall a good Wendy's.

Friendly and efficient service and usually quick to get you through the drive-thru. Like their burgers and the chili is always good. Also appreciate baked potato option over fries. Location is easy to access quickly from Interstate 75.
