Tru by Hilton Ringgold

We were greeted by a smiling desk clerk and check-in was very quick and easy. The overall atmosphere was welcoming. The room was fresh and clean, beds comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good and plenty of items to choose from including hit scrambled eggs & sausage, tasty fresh made pancakes, cereals, milk, juices, hot coffee and more. I would highly recommend Tru by Hilton to all of my friends and family. Also very affordable.

Great hotel right off the interstate. Modern design with laminated floors in the rooms. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. No more curtains, our room had roll down blackout shades with a desk and small refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a real shower in it. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

Right off of 70 in Tennessee. Great location. Rooms were great they had lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and body was. All super sized.. Great breakfast 😋. Pool, spa and a pool table. Munchies for the late nights. They also served coffee and tea all night long

This tru saved me! The woman working the desk at 2 am on 10/15 was so incredibly nice! I couldn’t find a hotel anywhere, when I called stressed out at 1am asking about availability she was nice and helpful. She was the same level of nice when we arrived exhausted at 2am with our pup after driving 21 hours. Dog friendly hotel. The room was clean and I was able to do a late check out. Thanks!!

Clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Perfect for an over-night stop during a long drive. Big TV, plenty of pillows. We really like the water bottle fillers.

Though Tru is smaller than what some would be accustomed to, it makes up for in cleanliness, friendliness, and style. I stayed here for a work trip for a few days & I liked the decor, spacious and modern lobby, clean pool, and ample parking. The room is small, but I appreciated the efficient use of space & mod digs. It’s cute and modern, which is suitable for me! I also appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, which is a breath of fresh air when you’re staying somewhere you haven’t been before. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed 1 night 🌙. Couldn't have asked for a better place to lay my head. Went to Champys for dinner. This hotel had everything..pool, spa, pool table coffe and tea all night and day. Beds were comfortable, the rooms had deluxe bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion 😲. The only thing I couldn't tell you is the price.. Oh yeah I forgot, if you happen to get the munchies, they have a variety of them too..

Clean, modern hotel. Nice breakfast, great workout room, spacious lobby with comfy seating, board games, magazines, pool table and 24 hour coffee bar. No complaints!

Amazing hotel!! Love their lobby super cute and modern. Room was amazing and employees were friendly! The breakfast was really good as well. Only wish they had a microwave in the room and pack-n-play for my toddler. Have stayed here twice, one year between the stays and it’s still a great hotel.

A great find on our road trip from Florida to the Midwest. Very clean. Friendly front desk staff. Free breakfast. It is right next to the highway. I recommend requesting an odd numbered room so you face the parking lot instead of the highway to help with the noise.

Great hotel, they have a pool table , my wife and I enjoyed ourselves. The only let down, is breakfast doesn't open until 6:30 am, if you're in a hurry to hit the...forgot about the free breakfast

A very nice place to stay! Jessica at the front desk was wonderful for her help at check in and all the other informational questions that I had regarding the hotel and area attractions.

Very clean and quiet. One of the best Hilton properties that I have ever stayed at. I was impressed.

We stopped here on a whim, driving back to Michigan. This was a great decision. This will be kept as a stop for future trips back and forth to Florida.

Overall, great hotel with exceptional standards and breakfast was actually enjoyable and had a value.

Couple points to be aware of, the pool is not heated in the middle of July it was below 60. I enjoyed the ice bath, does wonders for the anxiety of driving, I found the fridge unplugged, and I began to think the operations team is trying to control utility pricing. Understandable, but then.... don't list the pool as a benefit.

I've stayed in hotels for the last six or eight weeks and this is the first hotel I've been in where you could actually make the room dark. I'm used to waking up with the sun every morning but today in Tru, I slept until 9 AM! In addition to being able to darken the room, the hotel seemed to be well soundproofed. I never heard any highway noise or other noises. The lobby area was very well designed for groups of people to hang out. The hot breakfast was good. The staff were all nice. The intended clientele seems to be young professionals traveling for business, but anyone who needs a good night's rest will appreciate staying here.

Customer service was over the top from start to finish! I spoke with a wonderful front desk employee who was working the night shift on 10/31/2022, I called to speak about last minute room reservations for that weekend coming up, she was so very kind and helpful. I'm unfamiliar with the area and most of the hotels around were already booked, the Tru was almost booked and only showing one King room available online. We were traveling for a Softball tournament and last minute needed a room. I expressed to her that most of the time the front desk staff at other hotels would have rush me off the phone, not her! She helped me with directions, and other information about the area. At the end of the call, she advised me to call back in the morning and talk with Patricia as she would be able to help me further if there was anything left over from the softball team blocks. I did write down her name but misplaced my notepad, my apologies.
Now we get to Patricia, she was absolutely AMAZING!! I appreciate all of her help to get me a room at the Tru By Hilton Ringgold. Patricia went above and beyond to make sure my accommodations were met and was a pleasure to speak with. I was booking last minute so not too many other options were available within a reasonable price. Thank you to the staff @ Tru for being extremely kind and just going the extra mile to help me and my family.

Room is small, but very clean. Large TV on the wall and easy to view when In bed. Front desk young lady was nice and made checking in and out very easy. For $140 I got what I expected except it was much cleaner and still felt “newer” than most hotels. I check out before breakfast was ready so I have no feedback there.

I usually stay at Hampton Inn and wanted to try something else and was happy. I will consider staying at TRU when traveling if it is an option in the area. As this is the first time I stayed at a TRU, if all there rooms are the same size (2 queen beds) I would not recommend staying for long periods of time with a large family if you need a lot a space. With 4 people it was a tight fit. We were just passing through the area and it was perfect for our needs while passing through for a single night. Beds were comfort enough with soft pillows.

I also highly recommend the Hilton App for finding hotels as it is easy, has prices right there, and lets you know if they have rooms available. The Hampton Inn was booked up we usually stay at and this was available in the same city.
