Hampton Inn Ringgold-Ft. Oglethorpe

I stayed here while my truck was being fixed around the corner. Super easy check-in, room was spacious and clean, bathroom was amazing, and the TV had my name on it when I walked inside! Definitely made me feel welcome.

Only complaint was the indoor pool wasn't heated. Minor Complaint was the door cards lost their program several times.

I had read all the reviews before we went to Ringgold and almost dreaded staying here, I was happy to find the reviews were mostly sour grapes. It was a nice weekend stay.
The staff was very friendly, especially the housekeeper on the 4th floor room 419 area. The young lady who worked the front desk later in the afternoon was also extremely helpful and kept trying to get my room card to hold its program.

Found this diamond late after traveling for 10 hours. The hospitality and our room were both top notch. I’ll definitely stay at the Hampton inn again Thank you.

I have to say , no matter where we travel it is so rare that I get disappointed with Hampton Inn. I always tell people it’s the best consistent stay. Always clean and fresh and good breakfast and capable employees and this location was no different.

This place has been my favorite by far staff is awesome rooms clean breakfast is perfect .I come here often and I love it always satisfied .

My husband and I had a little getaway! We enjoyed the stay, and their complimentary breakfast was spectacular! I've had worse from what was supposed to be a luxurious hotel. This hotel wasn't anything too fancy, but it lived up to our standard, and it is within budget.

Sherry, the assistant general manager, is a wonderful representative for the Hampton Inn in Ringgold. Her sweet southern hospitality made me feel important. You can tell she loves her job and she is definitely a people person!

The room was excellent, no complaints at all. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing. The shower and bathroom faucet was hot on demand, which I loved. No waiting for the water to heat up. Fast check-in for this weary traveler. Late check-out at noon is also a plus. All in all, I give this Hampton Inn five stars. I give Sherry six stars! =)

Excellent hotel near to the hwy. Beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. Free hot breakfast and lovely well decorated rooms. Great views of forest on back side of hotel. Has a laundry room.
Within walking distance to Farm to Fork restaurant.

This hotel was a nice break from the road. The pool was heated and they also had a hot tub! They had a snack section, reasonably priced and complimentary breakfast, which was delicious! Nice coffee station in the lobby too. Worth the stay. Customer service was great as well. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Great stopping point for our trip to Florida. Friendly staff, very clean room. Looking forward to our next trip.

Very clean very comfortable. Room had micro/fridge and coffee maker with coffee. Bed was wonderful, sheets were clean smelled great and soft the comforter was excellent quality soft and also smelled great. The bathroom was big well lit and plenty of pure white thick towels. The toiletries provided were Neutrogena which is one of my favorite brands. The staff was helpful.friendly and pleasant to deal with. They offer breakfast which was also good they had a little bit of everything so you're bound to find something you like.from sweet stuff to healthy stuff it's there. Oh yeah and they have truck parking and allow pets. I will without a doubt stop here again.

When I was not being friendly the manager asked if I was tired. She was so patient and kind. I am sorry that I was not in the beginning. Later I saw her being friendly with other guests. Amazing person.

I was on a solo motorcycle trip.

The hotel is nicely maintained and very clean. Everything worked in my room, and maintenance was very good.

There is an indoor pool which I did not use, and there's a workout room as well. There is a small conference room also.

They offer a hot breakfast with plenty of seating.

The staff were so helpful. I am disabled and was traveling alone. Autumn helped me get checked in and was so gracious to help me settle in my room. The next morning, Steven was ready to help get my things back out to my van. Both were so helpful and friendly. The facility was nice and clean and quiet in a nice, safe feeling lication.

The location was right off the highway. Not a lot of food options right near the hotel but plenty in a short drive. The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was sufficient and hot. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was sealed to indicate it was clean upon entering. I would stay here on future trips.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Incredibly clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Well-stocked and maintained breakfast area. Indoor pool. If I had one con it would be that the path between the pool and elevators stayed wet with lots of kids in and out the pool. Ideally, it would have been mopped a little more frequently. Just a small thing, though, as our stay was really great.

August 13, 2019 - we were on the way from Toronto to New Smyrna by car - we stopped here on the way and a major storm rolled in and the lights/electricity went out. We were unable to check in due since all the computers were down. The nice lady let us into the lobby, gave us coffee and let us relax on the couches. Our daughter fell asleep - she offered us pillows, blankets and some treats. This was probably the best part of our entire drive to Florida - Everyone was so nice. We were stranded, everything was dark and we had no idea where to go. We got our bearings, staff helped us, we were on our way 1 hour later. A+++ - even though we never stayed the night this was by far the BEST hotel experience had our entire trip. Thank you everyone that works there. A++ very good people!!

We arrived a little after midnight. The front counter clerk was extremely nice and helpful. We had a suit, which was very spacious. The clerk helped us locate a roll away bed and brought extra pillows and sheets. Breakfast was great. There were many options available to us. The indoor pool was nice and kids had fun.
