SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South/Ringgold, GA

The king bed suite we stayed in was immaculate and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Trundle bed built into the sofa was a hit with our 10 year old. Breakfast that was provided had a great selection of items. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. When my husband went downstairs to buy a toothbrush kit because he forgot to pack toothpaste the attendant told him that if all he needed was toothpaste not to worry and he gave him some for free. Desk area in suite was comfortable and a great area to work during my stay. Overall a great experience. I definitely would stay here again when passing through.

The front desk gentleman Jack was so very nice, informative and kind. Our room was Very nice, comfortable bed, quiet for the most part. In the middle of the night could hear dog barking.
Breakfast bar was fantastic! VERY clean, well stocked with various selections of food. Comfortable seating.
At checkout it was handled very speedy and very friendly.
We would highly recommend this place to stay!

Very nice property rooms bedding breakfast pool. Stayed four nights and the breakfast offers healthy variety and cleans table regularly.
The only thing is in our room glass bathroom door opposite two queen beds is asinine.
When bathroom lights are on the person asleep has bright lights shining in their face.

Rooms are spacious clean and stocked well. The mini fridge only worked for 2 hours at a time. Our air conditioning froze up every evening and even when we complained the maintenance man came sprayed almost a whole can of cleaner in it which we breathed in for the next 2 days but it was never fixed. We did our laundry there the washer was oversized and worked really well but the dryer never dried the load of clothes after spending $9 just to dry them. Breakfast was really good with wide selection. The crew members in the lobby were awesome. The housekeeping crew were good but hard to communicate bc of most not being able to speak English.

This room is a definite 5 star experience. Huge rooms. 2 beds with crisp white linens that are super comfy. Huge bathrooms. Luxury stay for sure!

Not to mention the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and polite! When I got to my room half the power didn't work. He immediately responded to the issue. It was just the circuit breaker had tripped and he resolved it expediently.

Never would have even known this place was here but for work.

Keep this place in mind for business and pleasure.

What a wonderful way to rest on our trip! Showers were beautiful and had great pressure on water. We came on late but the front desk was so kind and speedy. The room was very spacious and clean, smelling. I loved the look of the bathroom barn door but with little ones not safe. Took a refreshing shower with the great bath accessories provided. Bedding and bed were incredibly clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast items were delicious and fresh. and abundant. The food staff was busy cleaning up, replenishing food, and sweetly helping the guests with everything. I did not, however, see them clean up tables after guests cleared.

Oh my goodness! This was possibly the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in! We searched for trailer parking with our camper. Beautifully decorated and designed. AC worked GREAT! Front desk staff was pleasant. We did have a King room that happened to be right by the ice machine 😒but still a fantastic room!

Super friendly staff were very helpful when I left my airpods there. Also great rooms, breakfast, and value

Great hotel and clean rooms. Don't know how old the hotel is but it looks brand new. I've already checked out the indoor pool and ran 2 miles on their new workout equipment. Great getaway spot. Close to Chattanooga and Lake Winnipesaukee too. Probably other stuff nearby too. I will update and add pics.

Great hotel with a clean and comfortable room. Hot breakfast bar with your typical free breakfast fare. Restaurant in walking distance. Close to the gas station and I75 ramps.

We had a very nice stay here. The rooms were clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night on our return from Florida to Ohio. The hotel is right off of the highway in a quiet area. There is a restaurant (Farm to Fork) and a gas station within walking distance, as well as a few pizza places that deliver. We got a King bed room, and our family of 4 fit just fine, there is a trundle sofa in the room that when cushions are removed, is the size of a twin size bed, with a second twin pull out drawer under. Breakfast in the morning had eggs, sausage, and waffles as hot items, then the typical cold items that you find at hotels. No complaints and will book here again in the future.

Convenient to highways but nice and quiet on the property. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, and most importantly, CLEAN! The entire property was clean and well maintained. They include the tiniest details in their service that most would overlook. Toiletries are full size pumps located in the tub/shower. We stayed in a double queen suite which included a seating area and desk. The couch could sleep someone, as well as the trundle bed under the couch. Beds, pillows, and bedding were all comfy, including both firm and softer pillows to meet individuals' preference. The walk-in closet included ample shelving for both folded and hanging clothes. Inside, we found 2 extra comforters for the couch and trundle bed. They were the exact, well-made, warm and comfy ones with which the beds were made. Breakfast included a wide variety of choices to please nearly everyone. The indoor pool was very nice and well kept. Indoor pools tend to have problems with mold from past experience. But this property was on top of any issues, brightly painted, a smell of freshness upon entering, included a full window wall facing the patio and beautiful scenery, and is heated for year-round enjoyment. I would highly recommend this property for any length of stay at any time of the year.

Our stay at Springhill suites couldn't be better. The room was spacious and very clean when we walked in. Staff was very friendly and was great about giving us extra towels for my children. House keeping was very sweet and made sure we were taken care of everyday of our stay. Loved the indoor pool.

This was my first time staying in a SpringHill suites and I'd stay again! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfy. The pillows were awesome. The reception area was bright and welcoming. The breakafast was good and the coffeewas great! She recommended Farm to Fork across the way to eat! Definitely dine there the food was great!

What a lovely experience at this hotel. This was my first time staying in a SpringHill Suites property, but for the price I paid, all the extra touches were unexpected and surprising.

The property and my room itself are in immaculate condition. I loved the extra perks like the sitting area with furniture by West Elm, the sliding glass door for the bathroom, and the LED reading lights over the bed. The Paul Mitchell soaps and shampoos were nice.

Melissa at the front desk checked me in and was welcoming and helpful. I checked in kind of late in the evening, and she told me if I wanted to take a dip in the heated pool, she’d keep it open a little later than normal. I didn’t end up taking advantage of that this visit, but I thought that was very kind. I walked by on the way to the elevators and it looked inviting for sure.

Farm To Fork is a locally owned restaurant and bar that’s a whole two minute walk from the hotel. Locally sourced food that’s delicious. Highly recommend.

For the location, features, and price point - this was well worth it by far. Quiet, comforting, and check in was a breeze. A+++

I’ve had the opportunity to stay here a total of 8 nights over 2 business visits. I’m consistently happy with the cleanliness and layout of the facility. Staff shout outs go to Melissa behind the desk and HeatherB who makes sure folks are properly fed.

Very nice hotel. The amenities are great, and we loved the outdoor patio with fire pit. It had a great hot breakfast, and the staff were so nice and helpful.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff providing great service. We really enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and I would highly recommend it for families with kids. My kids loved the pool, it was very clean and the water was warm. Great place to enjoy and relax the rest of the night.
