Dr. Bidiuc is a gem. He takes time to listen, a rarity these days. Excellent diagnostician as well.

What a wonderful facility! I made an apppintment for a UTI and was seen the same day I called. I was 20 min late due to a major back up on the interstate, and they still took me and were nothing but patient and gracious about my being so late. Since my appointment was at the end of the day, this meant everyone had To stay half an hour past closing time - but nobody seemed to mind. The receptionist was very helpful and worked with me on a sliding scale that I could afford. The nurses were extremely kind and warm, and the attending physician was exceptional. The clinic itself is extremely clean and decorated for comfort. Everyone was smiling, patient, sympathetic, and kind. There is also a pharmacy on site which is very convenient , and the prices are better than anywhere else I’ve been. Wonderful experience! Will be recommending them to everyone, and will be using them as my regular clinic from now on.

I've been Dr Bradley's patient for many years. When he joined this practice, I followed him. I've never had any issues with the reception staff being rude. The nursing and lab staff are always professional and friendly. I've only seen Dr Bradley and can't say enough about what a great, caring physician he is. He offers practical 'home remedy' type advice and is not quick to write prescriptions. I never feel rushed during my appointments. His manner is very down to earth.

I have always been met with courteous service & the staff always have a smile! My Dr is patient,polite and listens to all of my concerns. We have INS but we have also had to use their sliding scale fee in the past so TRUST me when I say if it wasn't for NGHCC there is no other place around where we could afford good healthcare!
They also have their own on-site Pharmacy!

I had to find a new doctor because my Georgia Ins. switched to Ambetter. I was sick and had to go in as a walk in. The nurse practitioner I saw (Lavonna) was very nice and spent time with me and was through. The nurse (Sarah) was kind and pleasant as well. I also got a cortisone shot from another nurse, I did not get her name. She was great as well. The front desk was nice (but not as warm and friendly as everyone else.) The pharmacy was great and I did not wait as long here as I usually do at Walmart. Will be going back for my physical.

iv been going here since sept. of 2012. the center has been very helpful with all my needs. in july of that year my whole life changed on my way home from work. i had a low sugar and flipped my jeep.i was trapped inside and had to be cut out.i bad head trama a broke neck my left shoulder arm were mashed caused it was hanging out the window. my right leg was mashed under the steering wheel and the seat belt was locked and the latch was mashed into the back of my leg my foot was under the sest. needless to say it wasent good.i spent the next few months in a neck brace after being fused stiched and stappled back together. i now hated anyone who had anything to do with saveing my life. i came to dr.smith pretty messed up. lisa in phyucal therapy would spend the next 2 years tourching me. im am so thankful for her and dr smith and all of the staff that iv met over the last 6 years. the pharmacy helped me get help with my meds cause i didnt have insurance. im walking breathing and still alive cause this place and its staff helped me recover.thanks to all of u who gave me ur help. i hope ur here for a very long time. dr smith ur my hero ur the greatest. so yes ill give this place a 10 or whatever the highest rate there is. i know alot of other people who come here. we need this center for our area. they help people and that matters .

NGHCC is an excellent healthcare treatment facility. As most convenient care facilities, they have transitioned through several providers but now have caring providers. Most importantly, they are open 7AM - 7PM which is very convenient and walk-in appointments are available daily. They also have a pharmacy on-site which is an added feature.

It was super fast on check in and we was only in the lobby about 15 mins before called back. They listen to my grandmother and took great care of her.

Very nice staff and was treated very well. I’ve been in the past and have not had such a good experience but the office seems to improve more with each visit.

Great care here. Seen quickly and caring environment. Could go anywhere i want, but I chose these fine healthcare staff to take good care of me.

Doctors and nurses are awesome but the receptionist not so much she treats everyone like they are bothering her I have seen her do this on multiple visits on several people
