I admit feeling a little nervous bringing my children here after reading reviews, but honestly I have nothing bad to say. The staff was incredible-friendly,helpful and the dentist was great. I think if you come in respectful, you will be respected in return. I can’t imagine being so busy on top of having to deal with rude people, and this group showed nothing but utmost respect our entire visit. Thank you for making this experience wonderful for my children!

My son and I moved from out of state and needed a new dentist. My little one was due for his cleaning. So I found this office and wanted to give it a try. The staff was great and super friendly. The front desk Whitney checked us in and out pretty quickly and dentist hygienist Mishal was very thorough and super sweet as well. We def will be back for the next needed appointment. :)

I think this dental office is great!! They are so workable with your schedule and needs. I have seven kids and they always try to find ways to get all my kiddos in and taken care of quickly. I always leaving knowing my kids have been taken care of! Thanks for doing such a great job!

My daughter had a very bad abscessed tooth and had to have it extracted like pronto. I went straight to the office before they opened and spoke with Angie and she was very nice and extremely helpful! She booked her in as an emergency and she was seen as soon as we walked in. Dr. Martin was so nice and helpful and was extremely patient with my daughter as she jerked, yelled, and wiggled just about the whole time. There were times she wouldnt open her mouth. I have to give high props to the Dr. and their assistant Savannah, they both were very patient with her! Thank you guys sooo very much!

The staff is wonderful. The receptionist is amazing, today was my daughter first time ever being and the lady at the front desk walked my daughter around to show her what they would be doing because my daughter was scared. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

Love it here they are so nice and good with kids but didn't like the other dentist that works there would recommend seeing the head Dentist he is an older dentist and is very wise. Did you know that he does it out of love for or children he didn't even make wat he should due to it being a medicare dental office for children. he is very generous and kind hearted.

Professional and friendly staff. Whitney at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient with all my requests. Michelle the dental hygienist explained everything to my 3 yr old and was extremely gentle. Dr. Soza is just exceptional! Highly recommend WeeCare Dental in Ringgold!

The receptionist was very friendly, the xray tech made my 5 years old smile and giggle, and the hygienist was so friendly! We enjoyed our first visit to the dentist!

Very nice staff. They treat my kids with care unlike other dentist we have experienced! My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist!

My daughter absolutely loves BJ. I will not take her anywhere else but here. Everyone has always been so nice and professional!

Very friendly staff not one bad complaint.

Everyone was very sweet to my little girl today. Trying out a new dentist is hard, my little one has Down Syndrome, and does not trust easy. They were very patient with her, She let them X-ray and exam her teeth more than she has ever let any other practice. I really appreciate how patient and caring your staff was to her. Would have liked to speak with Dr. Martin about Alyssa being that it was her first visit, but she appeared to be rushed today, maybe next visit.

The stuff is sweet. But I understand that my insurance doesn't cover some stuff. But why not have a payment plan or something to help us parents who are on a low income. I don't have 1400 dollars or 700 I can pay out of pocket for my child to get teeth fixed. And then to make me feel so low . I truly have cried. I have told my kids to brush their teeth until I am blue in the face. But that is alot of money to have to pay and then tell me you have to send me to somewhere else to have it done. Omg. They haven't even been able to keep a dentist in this office. I truly wish us parents on a fix income to get help for our kids

I had took my 2 year old in there to check for cavities. The dentist couldnt even tell me if yhe dark spots in the tooth were cavities or not and wanted to send him to a specialist. The dentsit should be able to tell whether its a cavitiy or not

This is the most unprofessional dentist I’ve seen in all time. My daughter was suppose to have an appointment months ago , more like 3 months ago i still have yet to receive a phone call to schedule her appointment again. They cancelled her appointment because they said the dentist wasn’t going to be there. They still Haven’t called back until this day. And when i call i NEVER get an answer literally NEVER i leave messages no return call back or anything.
