Excellent service. The order taker looked like the late great Ray Liotta. He was very friendly. My big roast beef sandwich was delicious.

This was my first time visiting this Arby's. The dining room was clean. The service was friendly. The food came quickly and was fresh and well prepared. I will eat here again. I had the bacon ranch burger with mozzarella sticks. Follow me for more ideas!

My family was ordering supper, and we were there a little late around 9:00 or so, my son ordered chicken fingers. When we get to the window, I'm assuming it might have been the manager, told me that she's so sorry but she can't in good conscience give me the chicken fingers that they already had prepared, so she asked if it was okay to make fresh ones.
In my opinion, that's going above and beyond these days. Most places would have given hard, dried out chicken fingers. Good job Arby's in Ringgold 👍

Fast drive thru and great customer service. This location has the best staff, very friendly employees that will go out of their way to help you. Orange cream shakes are great! Tried the hush puppy battered fish and was very pleased.

Great place! I'm so glad this new Arby's is so awesome. Ringgold definitely deserved a decent food place, and this is definitely it! Service is always fast, never had to wait more than 5 minutes for food. My order has always been correct and always a good temperature. There's constantly someone cleaning the dinning area so it's fresh and clean all the time. If you're looking for a good place to eat in Ringgold, this is the place to go!

The girl taking our order in the drive thru was very friendly. The Bacon Ranch Wagyu was delicious. We eat there twice a week. Their staff has always been friendly. The dining room is always clean, which I appreciate. It's our favorite fast food place.

We had a great experience here, which is not common lately with fast food. The cashier was very nice and the food was hot and fresh and served in a timely manner. Based on my experience on that day, I would highly recommend. Prices have went up, but they have everywhere.

First time going to this Arby's.... My visit was perfect. The girl that took our order was prompt and courteous. Food was fantastic, fresh and hot and everything was absolutely perfect. Which I can't say about most fast food places. Keep up the good work and I would recommend this particular Arby's to anyone..

Arby's is probably the most underrated fast food restaurant. The food is hot, made to order and delicious, no matter what time you hit the drive thru (9pm for us). I dont know why I only think of going to Arbys when I'm on the road traveling. This location was no exception. Was greated in the drive thru by a friendly voice and also at the window, the food was hot and fresh and made quickly. We didnt go into the restaurant so I cant comment on cleanliness.

This was the CLEANEST Arbys I’ve ever been too. Staff was super nice, concise, and detailed when taking our order. The inside was even decorated for the holiday. Great place to stop on a road trip.

The only thing is pulling out of the Arbys to get back on the interstate is a bit of a nightmare. But you can turn right and turnaround elsewhere instead.

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but I am mainly posting this to highlight the young lady that helped me at the window (Margaret, which is what name is on my receipt). I was passing through on my way home from a long week of military training and the young lady noticed me in uniform, and took it upon herself to get me a small discount. She was extremely polite and respectful, and I just want to make sure that she is recognized for doing such an outstanding job. Good hire!

We stopped here on our long drive home from vacation. The bathrooms were VERY clean, and the assistant manager was sooo nice. He gave my daughter a free cookie when she told him we had been in the car for 8 hours already. The food was fast and hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean and organized. Hands down best Arby's I've ever been in.

Super clean dining area and bathrooms! 😊 Fast, friendly, and efficient service. Delicious burgers 🍔, sandwiches 🥪, fries 🍟, and salads 🥗🥙. Four different satisfying wraps as well! Easy on/off access from/to the freeway, making this a Perfect rest stop!

The assistant manager Allie was very polite and professional at the drive through. She didn’t throw my food in the bag or act like she was trying to just get me out of the drive through like most fast food places. Thank you for your service Miss Allie!

Friendly staff and great service. We came in close to closing time and were greeted with a smile from everyone! Served quickly and even though they were cleaning to close everyone was friendly and courteous.

Ordered doordash from this place. First time I ever had Arby's. I was impressed. Service was good. Food was good. Great care was taken to wrap and secure the food for delivery. And yes I tipped extra for the distance from Ringgold to Tunnel Hill. Would highly recommend.
