What a great experience for my first time down on the boardwalk. I was greeted by the owner coming in named Mark who was very friendly. He seated us outside on the open air deck and we asked what he recommended as a starter. He told us the gator bites with swamp sauce and the chicken wings which we went garlic parm. Both were well cooked and very tasty and came out fast and our server was very kind. We both got burgers and they were also very well cooked and delicious. Many seafood options and turf. Great atmosphere and will definitely be back with friends.

Our first time at Madeira Beach and we wandered in after my girls got hungry and wanted something a. It quieter than the loud live music. We were greeted immediately and sat out at the adorable outdoor bar with a view of the water and entrance to the boardwalk. The kids were thrilled. Ordered Mac n cheese, Alfredo and a build your own burger w sweet potato fries and the portions did not disappoint. As a bonus: the server, April, came and got us when my youngest was done coloring her drawing from the menu and took her up front to tape it up near the entrance. Brownie points. Blessed with great ambiance and a fun place to eat for our first time down on the boardwalk!

April was extremely kind from the moment my family & I walked into the restaurant. We came here to celebrate for my bachelorette & my sisters birthday. She took our pictures, and was very patient with me. She was able to accommodate my food allergens and made sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend. We had such a good time & the view is beautiful.

Wow the food here is great, I recommend the Mozzarella Squares, they are fresh and so delicious! We ate them up quickly.

Can’t say enough about the Asian Shrimp Tacos! SO good! I’ve had my fair share of shrimp tacos before but these by far are the BEST that I have ever had. Thank you for the excellent service! Glad we could make your day with an “Iowa Nice” visit. :)

We were the first customers here on a Sunday. Our server, Tim, was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Bacon wrapped shrimp, wings, and Cajun scallops. All great and fresh.

We ate her while on vacation and had a great experience. Tim was our server and did fantastic! I was reading some of the reviews while waiting, but my own experience was not like the reviews. People in the reviews mentioned a confusing menu, but I didn’t find it that confusing and If you just ask your server I’m sure they will clear up any confusion. I didn’t understand the reviews about sides not being included and the food being expensive. While most restaurants have sides included it isn’t unusual for them not to be, even where I’m from. At other restaurants I would pay 20-25 dollars for a meal and the price with adding on sides here seemed comparable. We got the shrimp Alfredo that came with bread and paid 18 for it not including tax. That’s pretty reasonable to me.

The only thing I would possibly say was that the portion size for the Alfredo may not be enough on its own for a grown man but it was just enough for me. I’m from the Midwest though so maybe I’m just use to huge portions 😂

Top notch ownership, food is always perfect, new secret lounge across hallway. Great spot to take a date or your family after sunset or for a work lunch.

Last day of our 2023 memorial weekend trip, this was a perfect choice. The fish tacos/sandwich were great. To top it off, we received top notch service from our server (Grant) who not only helped out with suggestions but some go-to places around. Highly recommended!

Went for the first time during the seafood festival, wait time was 45 minutes, but allowed us to drink at the bar and outside. Had the strawberry mojito and it was mouth watering Good!! I couldn’t believe how refreshing it was!! Ordered chips and salsa which was absolutely amazing because they put some kind of salted or old bay seasoning on the chips!!! The hot food came out just in time and it was good all the way around! The servers from the host to the waitresses all were kind, friendly and helpful! Very nice crew! Thank you for the experience guys!

Savannah and Aubrey were the only servers tonight. And they killed it! Super impressed! Will be back again.

The food!!! You definitely get what you pay for! Prices aren’t bad at all. Smallest tab we’ve had. Best burger I’ve had on Madeira!! You still have ocean view on the patio, awesome staff and fast service!! Amazing sweet potato fries too!!! THANK YOU!

Tried out Johns Pass Grille today and what a wonderful experience!! The food was incredible, the service was amazing. Our server Cheri was very nice and accommodating. She had great recommendations and a wonderful personality. One of the managers came out to ask us how our meal was and made us feel very welcome. The food was very tasty and everything tasted fresh. I loved the fried gator bites with house made swamp sauce that has a kick but tastes so good! All in all i would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that want good food, awesome atmosphere and even great service!

My family came into town this Christmas Eve and needed to find a place to eat. We called ahead to see if they were open and they were, they definitely stayed open for us which was so nice and accommodating. Then they made special food preparation for us to accommodate my daughters dairy allergy. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to go back!!

Hidden gem. Typical food to be expected by a beach. Nothing extravagant but not bad at all . We had a group of 6 including two hyper children . Our server grant was attentive and kept us smiling . He made some special drinks with sparkles for our kids and they haven’t stopped talking about them on the drive home . Will have to Definitely stop back this weekend before heading back north .

Fair prices . Good food , but service was top notch. Our server was Grant and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. Very charismatic, entertaining and even wrote us a list of spots to go in the surrounding areas which was much appreciated ! Will return next year .

food was great my step daughter had the fish tacos, she said they were great after eating nothing but fish on my vacation 🤣🤣I finally had to eat beef so I ordered a bacon cheeseburger it was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. my wife also had the burger and loved it. we all chose multiple sides. the onion rings were amazing the hush puppies awesome.oh by the way the key lime pie was amazing .i am from New Mexico and have only had imitation key lime pie so I was surprised by the color, my family explained that was the color it was supposed to be. once I tasted it I realized how much I had missed out lol

Incredible establishment. They have the best employees who go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and have a great experience. The chef even came out to talk to us when they weren't busy. Highly recommend the gator bites, caesar salad, and their famous shrimp mac and cheese. We will definetly be back!

I got the grouper tacos with fries and loved it!!! My wife got the shrimp Alfredo and thought it was delicious. The kids got the tenders and fries and said it was there favorite. Overall our favorite place to eat here!!!! When we come back we will make this a must have.

Robbie was our server and he was FANTASTIC! Our terror of a toddler took a liking to him and they’re now BFFs. Robbie went the extra mile several times to keep our kids laughing and happy so we could enjoy our meals. Can’t say enough about the service, truly. Food was great - best gator bites we’ve found in the area, fried mozzarella slices were delicious and the prices were some of the most reasonable around. Just go - and say hi to Robbie for us!
