Ive been coming here for about half a year. Even with a skeleton crew. Matt and his team always work hard and push forward to get the job done in a reasonable time. I really appreciate the hard work and passion the team here at Pep Boys put in. Thank you all!

The day before Thanksgiving this year, my right rear tire blew out and literally shredded while I was driving and I managed to pull into a parking lot and looked up towing on my phone and ended up choosing pep boys towing because it was at least $10-20 cheaper than other towing services. Also calling pep boys towing first and finishing the request by online via the link sent to the text msg, was pretty simple and the tow truck driver arrived in about an hour, which was pretty impressive considering the unusually cold weather and traffic that day. We went to pep boys duluth branch; which was closest, but they didn't have the tire that would fit my car. Manager Maggie was very busy that day with phone calls ringing nonstop and checking on the cars that came before me too but she understood my frustration and really tried her best to find me the right tire the day before thanksgiving. In the end, I decided to wait and leave my car there and pick it up on the day after thanksgiving. She found the tire the first thing in the morning and had it delivered and I got my car back in the afternoon. She was nice and knowledgeable and worked fast and just a pleasure to talk to - I would give 10 stars if I could.

Things have recently really changed here. Jason has given this place a new life. He is effective, knowledgeable and handles the phone well with Humility.

Greatest experience. I normally don’t write reviews until after But This man Danny’s customer service seems unrivaled. From the second I got there just extremely accommodating, Respectful, Curtious, and knowledgeable as hell on cars. As someone who worked in customer service for over 5+ years I can say this guy takes the trophy for Best Customer service around here. Left my Mazda 3 with him for a check engine light problem.

Great experience, a good place to get your vehicle tire alignments done. Nice staffs and eager to answer your questions. Be sure you check out the free tire rotation, alignment check and a coupon from their website. You'll have a great experience too.

Update: under a new management (Nov. 23, 2022). Steve was very kind and offered a free tire repair.

Very pleased with my experience. Called them after I went to the Nissan dealership. Needed new front brake pads. I got the premium ones plus a free brake flush for the price that Nissan wanted just for the brakes. They even had me come into the shop to show me the things my car needed. They explained everything even offered to do financing for all the work. But decided to do research on all the stuff both Nissan and pep boys said wad needed for my car. Didn't feel pressured to get all the other things done. Very professional, fast, and affordable.
