Everything But Water

I had the best customer service experience here. I asked for a difference size in a suit and was told they didn't have it in the specific size I wanted, but then asked me what colors I was looking for. I was presented with a couple options in the colors I picked that the salesperson thought would work well for my body type. They were spot on! Super helpful, friendly, customized service. I recommend this place, just be sure to be prepared to spend some money because the suits are quite pricey, but made of quality materials.

I am hard to fit and was hoping to find a bathing suit that would work. Amber was wonderful, she asked me a lot of questions so she could understand my needs. I walked a way with 5 suits that I am in love with! I can't recommend Amber enough, she is fun to work with and you will leave having the best bathing suit shopping experience ever .

Not only is there a great selection of swimwear, the help you can get from the staff (if you want) is priceless. I left with two suits I loved in 30 minutes, and thoroughly enjoyed working with the owner, Amber. I highly recommend Everything But Water.

My wife got a great swimsuit here. It was quality and she said its a great addition to her FL swimsuits. The service was excellent here, and we enjoyed our experience.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received. We go here every year to get our suits. A MUST GO TO PLACE FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.

Especially the last two times I went in this location, back in January 20 22 and yesterday, this trip I forgot to pack my bathing suit so I went in I explain to them what I’m looking to hide especially with some weight gain and they knew exactly what I needed I did not have to try on 20 bathing suits, you’re paying for price and quality and their expertise in knowing what your needs are

Great shop and staff, but not for people with small budget ! I went to « alvins island » shop instead and found everything I wanted ... much more choice over there with affordable prices than « everything but water. »

I walked in looking for a new swimsuit, and was immediately approached by a salesgirl. I told her I was just browsing, as I am not very into being helped at first, I usually like to look around alone and then ask questions if necessary. She did not get the hint. She asked me my bra size and pant size, and immediately told me I was a size 10 - which I am not. She picked out all swimsuits I was not interested in, and then brought me to the dressing room to try everything on. I figured at this point, I'd go with it. She was pushy, and once I picked a bathing suit I was okay with, she ran back to the dressing room trying to sell me cover ups before I walked out. I left feeling very irritated, and I will not go back again. This store should think about the way they treat their customers, and avoid making them feel rushed and uncomfortable.
