It's a good place to buy souvenirs. The store is spacious, clean, and well organized. This store sells a good variety of items, and they are priced at a very affordable price. Ladies' tops, bags, unisex hats, and beach dresses are also available, and they are also priced at an affordable rate.

While I was visiting I was looking for souvenirs and Knick knacks to bring home, this was a great place to shop! From jewelry, snacks, magnets and glasses, to clothing with different Florida prints on them! I bought everything I was looking for here! Plus a little more!! Aha!!

I loved looking at all the different t-shirt designs.. there’s so many to choose from! If you can’t find anything then you’re not looking hard enough! The clothing is good quality and the prices are reasonable. Ignore all the negative reviews - the vibe here is very laidback and inviting!

My friend and I went down to Longboat Key to spend the weekend, and really wanted Life guard sweatshirts. We came here to see if they had one, and they did! They have EVERYTHING!!!!!!! It was so cool and we got matching sweatshirts! They are so soft and such good quality! The people working there were so nice and helpful!

Best selection and quality of t-shirts and other items anywhere around the LBK area - just wish they still had the bargain bins they used to have.

Beautiful store! I also work in beach retail in Clearwater and for being short staffed (as we all are) they were doing a great job. I know first hand how hard it can be with tourists. I saw complaints in the reviews for this shop that I don’t believe should detour anyone from shopping with Alvins. Beach stores are not required to have restrooms (for their safety and the customers) and have limited fitting rooms. Staff is doing the best they can and can not be any ones personal shopper. I enjoyed my experience in the store and will definitely recommend and shop there again! Keep up the good work!

I had bought a dress last night and the straps wore down just after wearing it for a half a day. I was in a bind because my friend and I were out shopping at st armands again on our last vacation day. I wasn’t planning on going home for a little while longer and if I had to it would have taken up the last few hours they were open and I leave tomorrow. Carly was nice enough to help me exchange it so I could make my dinner reservations and finish shopping! Thank you Carly

This souvenir and clothing store has very nice quality products. It's got a large selection and is very clean and well lit.

Enjoyed shopping in Alvin's. Found a few t shirts & sweatshirts. The store offers such a great Variety of merchandise to choose from. Something for everyone. Wish they had a public restroom.

Decent store alright pricing, good selection of magnets cups boogie board s and sunglasses, also they have hats mugs, and more.

We come here every year to get T shirts and souvenirs. The Shirts are so cute, great quality, and an affordable price. This year I got a lifeguard sweatshirt. It is so soft and super cute. Definitely recommend getting your souvenirs here.

Such a fantastic store and the prices are really good... especially since the other shops around it are so expensive. My wife and I love it and will definitely be going back there on our next Florida vacation.

We have been coming to Alvin's Island in Sarasota since it opened 15+ years ago! Visiting Lido wouldn't be the same without them. This is our go to shop, something for everyone. We love this place!

Love Alvins. We go every year for last 30+ years to Longboat to vaca. So only wish I could buy when not there. I picked up a shirt and it turns out being the wrong size. Need a mens 5x. Yes my boy is big. Any who ,how do I get him a shirt that fits. Longsleeve with a fishing theme. Ty from RI

Nice souvenir shop with the usual fair and lots of clothes. They have fitting rooms too so you're able to try things on.

Sad to see you closed this year, but happy it’s only for renovations. The best place to buy souvenirs for the lowest price. Always happy with their selection and prices.

Best shop here for cheap T-Shirts and beach wear. We stop here every time we go to St. Armand's.
