Thai-Am #2 Restaurant

I took my parents while we were on vacation. They LOVED it. They both ordered off menu and had huge portions with the freshest veggies. I had the M1 Basil Leaf and was delighted. Very good. The location was great. There were no frills and the beer was cold and it was perfect!

We stopped here for a late lunch before Hurricane idalia landed. The food was good, but Wendy made the visit fun and entertaining. She also adjusted the fans and shades to make sure we were comfortable. If you dine here with someone else, after they order, just say, "Me too!".

P.S. I hope Idalia didn't cause too much damage.

I’m so glad we took a chance on this little place. I wish I had taken pictures of all food to show you. It was fresh and yummy. I loved their Mexico sushi roll best. All the sushi we ordered was amazing. The appetizer we ordered was heaping full, and the chicken fried rice that’s shown was a hit. The service was excellent and they were so kind.

My family and I came here after a day at the beach, and I can't tell you how wonderful of an experience it was. The food was delicious and my family ended up sharing a little of everything because of how good it was. The fish dish my dad got was so good, it was hard to stop 'sharing' it! I'm not sure if the woman serving it was the hostess or owner, but she was incredible. It was chilly out and she closed the large window doors. She was kind, and made the experience what it was. A wonderful environment to try great food and laugh with your family!! Thank you for the memory!

We visit the area every year but usually make sure we feed ourselves before visiting John's Pass. But not this time and never again! Not sure how I overlooked this place but we stopped by to order takeout to join the rest of our family at a bar nearby. We asked for the vegetarian menu and it is extensive! We ordered and as we were waiting, the sweetest lady who took our order came to talk to us about all the vegan options they have and how they're proud to offer it and they don't use fish sauce in anything and how she's happy the world is going more vegetarian/vegan. She brought us out some of the peanut sauce to try and it was amazing. Definitely getting that next time. If you're not sure what to order, ask! Because they are very knowledgeable about vegetarian and vegan. Probably the best spring rolls I've ever had!

Delicious vegan Thai / Japanese food! We got the spring rolls, tempura, pad Thai and green curry. Very friendly staff/owners and we sat outside in the beautiful weather. Portions are pretty big so come with a big appetite! Very knowledgeable about vegan food (no fish sauce and veggie broth, even thought of the complimentary candies after the meal to make sure there wasn't any milk).

My girls and I came here for dinner and we were AMAZED by the authenticity of the food! It was so delicious and the portion sizes were HUGE. We had so much fun, not just because we had the place to ourselves (due to Wendy keeping it open past hours for us) but we also had a great time because Wendy is so sweet and amazing. She is such a charming lady with so much spunk and energy. I just moved to Florida and this is officially my new go to Thai restaurant.

We ordered about four things and they were all very flavourful and absolutely authentic and amazing! Besides that, the service was INCREDIBLE. We were served by Rindy and another woman. They were both very very nice. I appreciated everything :)

There isn't enough stars to rate this place! Amazing all around. The food was absolutely amazing! I got a vegetable special, and it came with chicken and white rice as well. Yummy so good, and the waitress who has been here 17 years serves the customers like this is her restaurant she loves her job and made my family so happy and comfortable! Brought my 2 yr old son toys to play with, and was an absolute delight! We will be returning asap! 💗💞

I have eaten out quite a few times around Treasure Island but this is the only place I have eaten from more than once. Not only is it the best Thai food in the area, but the best food IN GENERAL in Treasure Island. The staff here are lovely as well. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing place! We got the pad Thai, curry, and wontons and they were all to die for. Windy was our server, she is a beautiful, gracious soul. Best Thai in pinellas county.

I live local and for Thai Food and other Asian inspired food this is my go-to place. Very friendly staff that care about the guests. Great food quality and a menu that is very diverse with selections and specialties. On one visit I had the Duck Red Curry along with the Seafood Soup. The soup was flavorful and full of fresh ingredients as was the red curry. On another visit I had the Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup, Squid Salad, and Beef Green Curry. The soup was flavorful with a nice spicy kick to it. The salad was not quite the style of squid salad I prefer, but was still very good and pleasantly light. The green curry was very flavorful with a nice spice along with fresh ingredients. Overall food quality along with an inviting environment from tentative staff earns this location a 5 star rating.

We had a fun dining experience for our daughter who turned Sweet 16 this week. The food was tasty & we were grateful to our server May for her recommendations & attention. We will definitely be back!

If you pass this restaurant up then it is your loss. Small business, Large hospitality. Our server was beyond fantastic and the food was excellent!
Laid back, family friendly, total beach vibe an all around wonderful meal.

Used to come here years ago. Plenty of options on the menu. I went standard with the 11-5 specials and got the chicken Pad Thai. Added tofu of course! We had a few specific changes to our food that they accommodated with no problem. Our server was very friendly with lots of knowledge on the menu. Had great conversations. She also prepared the Thai tea phenomenally! Definitely get the Thai tea. Will hopefully be back to try some other curry dishes. :)

WOW! We had the sampler platter for two!!!! So good. Great and gracious lady took care of us. Quick. Delicious. Prices right. We will absolutely be back!

Fast friendly service, portions are large, fresh and great value for the price. Very reasonable. Serves beer and wine. Nice presentation, restaurant has a nice local feeling but interesting Thai ambiance. Food came out fast. Extensive menu and bonus Japanese menu. Are already planning to come back.

We stopped for a quick lunch in the outside eating area. Service was quick and pleasant and the food was so good. I got duck in basil sauce and my husband had crazy chicken. Both were excellent! We'll stop again next time we're in the state.

Really appreciate the big menu, with plenty of vegetarian/ vegan options! The rad na was really different from others I've had before, and very good. The owner is so nice. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the weather and our meal

The hurricane hit last night and we live out here down the road from this place. I don’t have a lifted truck any more so with the roads flooded and the bridge closed we headed towards johns pass looking if anywhere was open. This place was the only place open and the lady was so nice and the food we got was so good. After no power and all night with this storm it just was the best part. She deserves a lot for being open for us. Thank you we will come back in better conditions too
