Harper & Associates Family Medicine

I have been a patient of Dr. Haper & Associates for two years. I believe Dr. Harper give newly college graduates an opportunity to get their first jobs; therefore, some of his staff is learning their career crafts and developing their professional niche. The medical staff is professional, empathic and see patients in a timely manner. Whereas i have rolling vains; Ms. Jackie (phlebotomist) has made the blood drawing process less stressful. And when I am stressed for time; I schedule my appointments early in the morning.

Throughout the years Dr. Harper and Mrs. Trent have supported me through various illnesses. I appreciate them and will continue to be a patient. It rare to find a team so supportive.

Very empathetic and professional. In a time when everyone is rushing. It is refreshing to have a medical team take time to explain and answer questions. Bedside manner is tops.

I love when you schedule appointments and they began on time. Office staff was friendly answered all my questions will definitely stay my primary care ‼‼

Reasonable wait time and great staff.

The doctors and nurses are nice and try to help you the best they can but only when you are in the office. When you leave they are impossible to reach when you call them about anything. They never call you back even though they say they will call you by the next business day its all lies. It gets very frustrating when you be waiting 1 or 2 weeks to hear back from them. I don't recommend this clinic if you are the type of person that needs to be in touch with your doctor a lot.

The young lady at the desk on 03/11/20 should try to be more professional, nice and at least act like she cares.

Been a patient for over 8 years, never missed an appointment, never late in over 8years. My last appointment I was 4 minutes late (due to traffic). Front desk said I must reschedule because I was late and they have a zero tolerance for late. When I asked receptionist, to check with Ms Trent I was told Ms Trent said I must reschedule. I sent Ms Trent a message and got a response of lies and deception. I will never go back.

Not very pleasant front desk personnel. They are unprofessional and their attire is not professional and doesn’t fit. One young lady had her pants unbuttoned. Unorganized. You can’t access the portal no matter how many times they try to tell you they sent the link. They don’t call you with results of testing even if it is negative because they want you to check the portal, that you can’t access !!!!! The doctors are nice but it’s not worth it to go here. This will be my last visit.

They don't deserve a star. Staff is absolutely ridiculous. Wait time is 2+ hours for labs because they didn't do their jobs the first time. Waiting in the patient room for 1.5 hours for the doctor to return. Absolute bunch of shenanigans!

Phone rings no answer, referral not processed on time, percriptions not sent to pharmacy on more then one occasion. Save youself the heartache. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS OFFICE. Dr. Is great but the operations of the office is inefficient

This place has unprofessional people working here and the phones are always off the hook they will hang up in your face and not answer for days this is ridiculous I can’t even schedule me an appointment I will be finding a new doctor office tomorrow the people in the front desk are terrible and should be fired this is annoying and stressful, and the wait here is horrible you will be here for hours.

Front reception staff are the worst. They are unprofessional and have no interest in being helpful.
