We decided to have Veteran's Roofing give us an estimate because they had inspected my in-laws roof and told them that it did not need to be replaced. We wanted a company that would be honest with us and not try to sell us things that we did not need.

Our experience with Veteran's Roofing was fantastic from the initial estimate to the follow up after the work was completed. They were on-time for every appointment. They were very knowledgeable about the products and services they were offering and helped us to make good decisions for our home. With both the roof and the gutters, the installation crew arrived on time and finished within a day. All of the debris was cleaned up, leaving us with no complaints and a quality service.

The shingles we had selected were not available, so Veteran's ordered us a higher quality product at no extra cost to us. They didn't just look at the roof, they checked it with a drone. They came by when my own insurance adjustor came by, and successfully increased the estimate with the proof images to cover ALL damage.

They handled all the communication with the HOA and insurance, handled getting the checks to the right parties for signatures, provided us everything we needed to choose the new roof color, and when we were ready, ordered the materials for us. It couldn't have been easier!
