Applewhites Eatery

I ordered fried whiting and hush puppies, while working in the area. The meal was prepared well, rather swiftly, and it tasted delicious! I will definitely be going back to try more items. (Sorry about the photo. I HAD to take a bite. 😆)

This was one of the best Thanksgivings ever thanks to Applewhites Eatery. ALL the food was great! Fried turkey, ribs, salmon, brisket, collards, yams, green beans, brussel sprouts, mac n cheese, carmel cake, sweet potato pie. Every dish was delicious. My only regret is I didn't fix myself or wife a plate for the next day. All the food was gone, immediately! Not a crumb of cake, nothing was left...I would highly recommend this restaurant.

If you like caramel cake, you need to try this one. The fish sandwich was everything I didn’t know I needed. Will definitely return soon!

This is my 2nd day in a row ordering from Applewhites Eatery (thru Uber Eats). They are super affordable and the food is GOOD!!! The sides taste like my Grandma is in the kitchen!! Love the sides, love the burgers, LOVE the BBQ! I'm glad to support this restaurant and I'm thankful to get more good food options in Lithonia!

Chicken- Seasoned well. (4)

Mac & Cheese- A little bland, but super fresh!(3.5)
Baked Beans- Not too sweet, good flavor. (4)

The Sweet Potato Pies were BOMB! (5)

I will be returning! They are super affordable as well.

I've found my daily restaurant. The food has been consistent and the service is A+. It's something about the toasted buns. ;-) Lord and the sweet potato pie...delicious

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious late lunch at Applewhite's Eatery. The food was hot and I gained about 10 pounds eating that Mac & Cheese. We will be back REAL soon♡

The jerk chicken was on point, and so were the greens and mac-n-cheese. Laverne was friendly and even gave me a little extra mac. Good stuff, thanks

My wife and I recently found this place and are so happy we did, we have been back three times and it’s part of our retired couple restaurant rotation now. Great customer service and very friendly.
