My experience at Premier Restaurant and Lounge was nothing short of delightful. The fried snapper was a standout dish with its amazing array of distinct flavors, cooked to perfection for a crispy, yet succulent taste experience. The rice and peas were comforting and well-seasoned, a perfect complement to the star of the plate.

The bammy added a nice, starchy contrast with its subtle flavor and satisfying texture, while the cabbage surprised me with its unique and savory taste that added depth to the meal. The festival was a sweet treat, rounding out the feast with a slightly sugary and wholesome taste that balanced the rich flavors of the other dishes.

Escovitched fish with bammy and fried chicken and rice. Great customer service and I always feel welcomed.

There snapper is great. Sometimes I get the escovich or steam down with okra. They both are great.

Honestly the only complaint i would have of this place not having enough patrons there. For the quality of carribean food there is amazing. From the fish to the cassava breaf its amazing. Free parking.
