Had a very helpful sales associate/cashier! She led me to the JC Penney website for coupons. I got 20% off on my purchase. What would have cost $149+, cost me just a little over $100. Very nice savings!!

The Salon at JCPenney in the Stonecrest Mall is the most professional, talented, experienced multifaceted Salon I have ever visited. This comment comes from someone who attended Cosmetology school and received my 1000 hrs certification/ diploma in NY. For client privacy, I did not take photos. JCPenney worldwide should give this Salon and its Managers, a huge thank you !

A great place to find Big/Tall clothes. With two sons over six feet plus. Can afford to to buy them shirts that actually fit them. And don't have to pay extra for clothes at other store's. All styles of clothes from casual to dress.

Went to find ladies suits for work. Size xl or 18. They had a wide variety compared to the other stores who don't care much for curvy ladies business attire. You won't be disappointed. They cashier was very nice and friendly too.

The lady in jewelry and watches was so very helpful and patient. Had a great experience. I was so distraught my online order was cancelled at the last minute and i had to come to the store to find something. I spent way more than expected, but I was desperate to replace the cancellation and she was so helpful.
