I grew up in an automotive family and still spend most of my spare time wrenching. Tires are pretty much the only service I pay for. My first time using Pep Boys for tires but very impressed with the price and service at the Midway location. Had some issues with the online appointment and sale process....but TJ at the store was great and worked it out without issue. Trust goes a long way these days. No miles yet on the new tires, but purchase, install, and initial balance was great.

Great service. They take good care of my car. I normally deal with Justin; he is honest; the nicest auto shop I've ever been to, and their prices are reasonable.

I rolled in at 4:15 PM needing my tire patched in two places. The boys had be in and back out by 4:55 PM for less than $30. Awesome customer service!

Justin engages truthfully and understands some customers have limits for how much they can afford for a single auto service. With the cooperative spirit of the techs they have helped us prioritize repairs on our 10 year old vehicle. I only find this shop because of a recent move but I believe these guys are exemplary compared to some other locations I’ve bought tires at and had service done on our 3 vehicles.

Drove up from Florida to do an early Christmas with family. My water pump seized, causing the serpentine belt to disintegrate tons of damage two days before Christmas. Justin and the guys said no problem I know they had to of moved some things around they were actually able to get my truck in get it fixed as they said for the price that they saidand got me back on the road and back in time for Christmas. Definitely good guys who do what they say they’re gonna do.

Really happy with the service. Mr. RICK knows his job well and goes out of way to help you.

I called last minute in the afternoon and Mike told me he could fit me in. I was literally in and out of his office within 30 minutes to get an alignment and check out. Great customer service it was very friendly. Not to mention they got a nice little working station set up here so if you get stuck and you have to do some work you’re good to go

David and Justin worked on my car and got me in and out so quick! Highly recommend!

I have been going to this location for six years now and the service can’t be beat. I brought my car to Mercedes since I have a warranty. Unfortunately everything my car needed was not covered. The next day I brought my car here for new tires and had them look at the breaks since Mercedes said they needed to be replaced. Turns out, they did not. The service advisor was trying to upswell me.
Justin the manager price matched the tires to Mercedes special and didn’t try to upswell me. I appreciate the honesty and the customer service I go there each time!

Michael and the team were phenomenal! My tired blew out on the highway earlier in the day, we showed up to the shop 5 minutes before closure, and Pep Boys was able to replace the tire and send us on our way within 10 minutes.

Fantastic experience with this Pep boys. I had a pre purchase 120 point inspection here and they completed the job quickly AND there was specific information I wanted them to look up for me when they plugged in the diagnostic system and they were very helpful and made clear notes regarding the information I was looking for. Highly recommend!

The entire staff was friendly and courteous. The service department was clean. In fact, when I picked up my vehicle they were cleaning the shop floors. It is a true pleasure to see a staff who enjoys their work environment.

Went with a flat tire thinking I had to buy a new one. Of course I had to buy two new tires because the flat tire was 1/2 way through its life. That would have cost over $300. However, this place repaired the tire instead for less than $30.

I've been in Alpharetta for a little over a year. Been in and out of shops periodically due to my business. These gentleman found and diagnosed the problem quickly. I've finally found a home. They're very professional & efficient. Mike was very informative and on point. I'm very happy with the service and will continue to take my vehicle here. Thank you much!

Easy to schedule an appointment. Took my vehicle right away for service. Finished in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Really great service here. I came to get my brakes changed and get some air in my tires. Both services were done in about an hour and every one in the shop was super friendly and helpful. I will be coming back here again!

This has been the best Pep Boys experience I’ve had so far! They were extremely helpful and were able to get me in and taken care of very fast! The staff and manager were extremely courteous and easy to work with. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! I’ve had HORRIBLE past experiences with PepBoys and honestly, if this experience had been even slightly foul I would been done with the company indefinitely, but these guys turned things around! We ran into an issue with our cooling system while on vacation over the weekend and thankfully I called the Pep Boys and talked to Justin Buckalew. Justin gave me good advice and said he would do his best to take a look at it Sunday morning which he did and thankfully it was a minor issue that was resolved allowing us to head home on schedule. First time using Pep Boys and thanks to Justin, this will not be the last time!
