Mellow Mushroom Johns Creek

Update: So, we returned 3/25, and again received great service from Taylor, Amanda , and Ken (The 'young man' I mentioned in my initial post) both stopped by our table and spoke with us. It wasn't an anomaly our first visit, its just how they roll here. Obviously a great team with pride in their work. This time we had the Bruschetta and a Pacific Rim pizza, delicious as usual!

We were in the area and hadn't visited this restaurant before, but knowing Mellow Mushroom wouldn't disappoint, we decided to check it out. The restaurant was very clean and bright. As we walked in, Ida greeted us and told us to pick our spot. Ida was quick to take our order and so pleasant to talk to...in fact I noted two kitchen staff bring out to go orders while we were there, and both, Amanda and unfortunately I didn't hear anyone call out the young man's name, but both of them provided exemplary customer service. I don't say that often, I'm a retired service level manager, so that word is exactly appropriate. They even opened the box and asked their customer if it looked good to them and thanked them for visiting. Now the food, we ordered the house special, of course it was excellent, and they didn't skimp on the toppings, the bruschetta was delicious. In fact, we ate it and some pizza slices before I even thought about taking pictures to share. It's roughly a 35-minute drive from my home, but we'll be back soon. My wife wants to go this weekend so our son can treat her ;) Thanks, Mellow Mushroom guys and gals!

Top notch service here! I think this may be my favorite Mellow Mushroom location now. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Shout out to the excellent server Taylor! Great food and even better people. I'd highly recommend if you love pizza.

Emily was amazing! She made our entire dining experience top notch. Very attentive! We have had some bad restaurant experiences lately but she made up for it 100%. Pizza was great too, of course. 🍕

Let’s talk about Kyle - I have seen him primarily in the kitchen role making great pizzas for years now, but more recently, he is taking on a managerial role. I had a large order for a birthday party, and with relatively short notice, he kindly and professionally made sure the entire order was ready, hot, and delicious. It made the party a great success. Thank you, Kyle, for your diligence and hard work!

Got a vegan veg out medium. I also got the Strawberry lemon-limeade Magic moctails.

If you’re looking for yummy food and great service, grab your best buddy like I did and head on over to the cleanest Mellow Mushroom on the planet! Our server Taylor was fabulous even going the extra distance to return my Tervis cup in the parking lot! Thank you Taylor! AND Mellow Mushroom for a joyful meal! We will return!

Service and atmosphere was amazing. Staff was very friendly. The pizza was great; the pretzel bites weren’t cooked well.

Thank you MARIE for the bright and warm welcome into the restaurant. The food was delicious. The decor was eye catching, fresh and sleek. A clean restaurant and restroom with nice and friendly employees. We really enjoyed the art work and of course the food! We had the jerk chicken wings, plain wings and the classic pepperoni pizza.

Ida is always So pleasant, and the spinach salad with chicken is probably the best salad I’ve ever had exclamation loaded with fresh feta, cranberries, pecans, and super tender chicken. I highly recommend it!

Our server Emily was amazing. Loved her attitude and her customer service was on point. The food here is just outstanding. Definitely recommend everyone to come here and give it a go :)

I will always come back to Mellow Mushroom Johns Creek time and time again. The atmosphere, quality of food, and customer service are the best around. It's rare to find a restaurant where you feel so known when you walk through the doors, but this Mellow has managed to create that family-feel! I'm gluten free, and it's my favorite gluten-free pizza option around.

We ordered an appetizer, spinach articoke dip, it was sooooooo Good! My partner ordered BBQ chicken pizza, and I got meaty mighty without ground beef, and I added pineapple. This pizza was amazing, and I enjoyed the experienc.

Very nice atmosphere and easy access parking.

To make an interesting and long story short, we found our way to our John's Creek Mello Mushroom today. We had a blast!! One of us - a literal world traveler - was visiting from California, and the other two of us are from here, but neither had ever been to a Mellow 'Shroom. It was a fantastic experience!! Hannah was an extremely kind, patient, and helpful hostess; and the owner was very warm and genuinely friendly!! Trust us - the appetizers were as delicious as the pizza and calzones; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!!

I stopped to pick up a couple of pizzas for dinner and my order was wrong. The thing is, I am pretty sure it was my fault. The people working there made sure my order was 100% right before I left. And as I waited for my order they made sure I was comfortable and I did not need anything. One of the nicest Mellow Mushrooms I have ever been to.

The Great White Pizza was awesome.

This location is right next to my gym and me and my friend were really hungry so we decided to eat there. I have had mellow mushroom many times and it is always good. The food didn’t take too long and our waitress was very nice. It’s the perfect filling meal after going to the gym at a good price.

I've been coming here for years. This is hands down the best Mellow Mushroom around! Food and service is always consistent!

I come to this mellow mushroom often and every time I do I feel like I'm being taken care of by family. Ms. Ida always has excellent recommendations and Ms. Rene makes a drink that's out of this world! The customer service here is astonishing and extremely refreshing after a long day. This place has become a safe haven for me and I'm grateful to each and every person that works here! 10/10 every time!!! Love always ❤
