Nate was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable on the Derksen buildings. He listened to what we wanted/needed.
We sat in his office and ordered it… And was able to pick all of our options… Paint, window placement, overhead door, placement, side door placement, and so on.
We took delivery on our building… And later that evening, upon going inside, we realized that we did not get the taller wall option.
Knowing that we ordered a custom building… We weren’t very confident that anything could be done.
Nate jumped right into action to get us the building we WANTED!
We just got the correct building today and we are beyond HAPPY!
So many times businesses lack customer service… We are here to tell you that Nate is TOP NOTCH!

Nate & Sarah are AMAZING people, they are so nice and friendly so very helpful, I bought a truck there WHAT A DEAL she’s my baby lol… I have had absolutely no problems with this truck, then I was involved in an accident and let me tell ya that was a sad day for my baby lol but after going round and round with the other persons insurance finally she’s getting fixed even though once I bought this truck technically Nate was done but he is such a great man he helped me get through all of this insurance business oh boy what a mess, but he didn’t have to help at all but he did and I am so…. GRATEFUL for his help, he got me hooked up with his machanic/ body guy @ EME BODY SHOP LLT. let me tell ya, he is AMAZING as well. If you want a GREAT car buying experience go see Nate and Sarah, he is honest, helpful and very trustworthy.

Nate is great! Bought a vehicle from him a week ago. My fiancé had bought two vehicles from him in the past and said that Grace Auto was the place to go. He made it so simple and painless. Not your typical car salesman you meet in Wichita. No games. No preying on folks that are in a tough spot. He has contacts in the banking and insurance industries to help secure your new investment. When our kids start driving we will be returning to purchase from him without a doubt.

This review is late and for that I apologize, however went to Grace Auto back in the first part of December, they are at a new location in Maize Ks They have extremely nice vehicles and most are affordable. Nate is a great person to work with, he is very upfront about his inventory if any issues etc no pressure and does not hide anything completely upfront and strives to help his customers any way he can. Highly recommend this dealership you won't be disappointed, stop in to see what Nate and GraceAuto can do for you!

I bought my car back in March & have not had any problems with it since! Dealership after dealership I finally came across GraceAuto with very little hope getting into a car. The owner was super nice & professional. He helped me work with my credit & the down payment I had causing us to have to look at a few different cars to stay within budget (which took a week or 2) He was more than willing to help & look at different options to get me into a dependable but nice car! I highly recommend him when you are in the market for a car rather than going to big dealerships that rip you off! I will definitely be buying my next car from him!

I have purchased several cars from Grace Auto LLC. The buying experience is great. I ran into some trouble with my loan company and they denied the loan after telling me it was approved on a holiday weekend. Grace Auto held the vehicle for me with no questions asked and I was able to get a different lender. They have great customer service. And make care buying Graceful just as they promise.

The service and hospitality I received here was amazing. Honest transparent and helpful. Not many places give me a feeling if trust like they did at Grace Auto. Even though I was unable to buy due to my finances, they never stopped treating me like a person as opposed to a lost sale. Thank you for making me feel like a person and not a dollar amount

If you need a used car this is where you absolutely must go.
A little over a year ago I needed a vehicle and nobody else would help me.. but Nate did. He got me in a Journey that i loved.
That car was great.. until right before xmas when some lady wrecked into me and totalled it. I was so anxious christmas time w 3 kids and having to buy a new car? Not fun. But i knew i was going back to Grace autos. Lucky for me he had my favorite vehicle (Dodge Grand Caravan and its beautiful) ready to go. I am so relieved at how easy it was for me. Trust me, he did all the work. Got me at a much better bank for a good rate loan. He helped me with a fantastic warranty too. So now I dont have to worry about anything. I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. Ive had really bad experiences at other lots in town. And i dont want that to happen to anyone else.. No shady business w Grace Autos. He wants to help and see people succeed.

I was car shopping and stopped into his place. I found a awesome Chevy Cruze there I fell in love with:) Wasnt sure about my credit but I got approved with a good payment I can afford so my life is so much better getting in this beautiful car with touch screen and navigation! Thanks Nate!

Excellent service, knowledgeable a good selection. Exactly what I wanted .I hate to buy a car but Nate made it easy . He also sold me a warranty a must for me . Plus have you EVER waited in line at tag office ???? I can not believe how many people did not have right paperwork & have to come back but Nate put it all together & I waited & was able with all paperwork to finish .

I had a great experience and amazing time dealing with the small business owner who gave a fair trade amount for my mustang. I later down the line purchased a vehicle from him and fixed small issues even after I had already purchased my new to me car!

I'm not one to shop car lot but nate made things easier to understand and did not feel pressure to buy a specific car like other car lots. Nate was definitely there to help me and to make sure I get the car I needed and answered all my questions.

When I gave up hope almost I was blessed with this carlot!! Believe me when I say these people are great I've dealt with big carlots recently that was a nightmare and not only does this carlot report to the credit bureaus they really try to help u .when u leave here you will not feel dread or wander if u got ripped off you will leave here with a great feeling and a good car and u won't feel judged like I have felt before I can't say enough on how appreciative I am that I stumbled upon this carlot!!!!
