The associates are very helpful. I ended up buying 1 bolt and realized I didn't have any money; the checker pulled money from the spare change cup to pay fory bolt. I was very grateful and returned later to replenish the spare change cup. I have always gotten excellent service here. Thanks

Carl was outstanding assisting us with an irrigation well pump replacement. So thankful for his knowledge and generosity creating a tool to actually remove the old pump; we could not have accomplished it, otherwise. Price was also very competitive.

Been going here for nearly 20 years, back when it was TMC's Ace. Never a single issue. These people are the ABSOLUTE BEST!

The Thing I hate the most about any Ace Hardware is the Fact that as soon as you walk trough the door there is a wall of people ready to jump all over you wanting to know what you want, like you gonna rob the place. I can’t stand that. NOT THIS ACE HARDWARE. when you walk The door the cashier says hello and that is it! When the sales guys see you walking around they will ask if you need help. If you say No they leave you alone. The owner of the store is always there working as a sales guy, everyone is super friendly and helpful but NOT in that pushy way. Some of it may have to do with they are located In a smaller town and probably have a few less workers then a normal ACE. So they may not have the time to fallow your around. But with small town ACE comes with that Small town Service that bigger city stores are missing, if you come in a lot they know you name. OVERALL GREAT STAFF, GREAT PLACE TO SHOP, GREAT SELECTION. THIS ACE IS THE PLACE WITH THE HELPFUL HARDWARE FOLKS

Great Service! Called about getting two screens repaired, staff member had the check in tag in her hand when I walked in the door with them. Quick turn around and they look Great.

They had the kerosene heater replacement wick in stock that I needed when no one else did. The lady working the register that helped me with my on line order, in store pick up was friendly and helpful

Easy rental and return. Prices were reasonable. Rented a skid steer and used it for almost 4 hours. Only about 150 bucks. Friendly staff quickly returned machine next day. I will use this location again. Thank you.

Great place and Great people, if you need any Stihl equipment TJ is the guy to see, very knowledgeable, he is great to me and my wife, we had used him numerous times. Also they have a great selection on Milwaukee tools. If you want great customer service, this is the place, hands down.

I was at the store this morning to pick up a Weber grill in a color I couldn't find anywhere except online. John was amazing. So helpful and courteous. Everyone in the store was amazing. Friendly and helpful. One of the best Ace Hardware stores I have ever been in!

Supper polite staff!! Well organized store, large parking lot, great conversation. All The normal Ace hardware finds, plus lots of local and specialty items too. Definitely a unique store and well worth a visit.

This store was the only one that had what I needed out of all the Ace's in Wichita. I drove all th way to Maize and they were extremely helpful and friendly.

The best hardware in the State. I still love visiting Bluestem in Emporia but Pride Ag has much better selection of stuff and much better prices! All the people working there are great!
