F45 Training Johns Creek

I love this gym! The F45 workouts are great, a good variety of cardio, strength and hybrid training. I’ve gotten so much stronger and more fit - I have less aches and pains. The coaches are amazing! Super nice, highly motivating and encouraging, challenging me to push myself to my potential. They’re also very mindful of avoiding injuries. A great community of members to work out with in a fun and energetic environment!

Best gym ever!!!! The trainers are amazing, and they’re all motivating, knowledgeable, and so nice. They push you to work hard, but they never cross the line and are so encouraging. They’ve built such a great gym culture as well. They’ve established such a team-oriented atmosphere where every member has been so encouraging on a tough exercise or during a tougher workout, and it really helps get through the workouts where every muscle is burning and sweat is pouring. You will never see the same class twice either, which keeps it fun and exciting! One week of classes will consist of cardio days, resistance training days, and hybrid days, so there really is a class for everyone! F45 has been the best investment in my health, and I would recommend the Johns Creek location a thousand times over! Special shout-out to Coach Spit, Coach Nat, and Studio Manager Brianna!!! They’re the best!

F45 has been the perfect answer for toning and tightening! 45 min of instruction and workouts where I feel I got a great workout and I’m still able to get on with my day and come back the next! Instruction on form has helped my workouts become an everyday WHOLE body experience. I’m finally doing lunges and squats correctly which has helped my knees incredibly. The staff is experienced and they make it fun!
Grab your friends and join in together! Doing this together with friends has made working out an easy fun part of my day!

This team has changed my life. Burning 500+ cal per class, leaving each time with the sense of accomplishment, happiness and joy.
Coaches are so attentive and truly spend time with each and everyone of us to make sure our form is correct, we are avoiding injuries and get the most of our work outs. Classes are hard but coaches help you to gradually get to the next level. This is not a gym this is a community of people who truly care, each coach has a different approach to motivation in the forms of affirmations, jokes or even music that is tailored to your success.
Highly recommend joining weather you are a beginner or an athlete.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I re-started my fitness journey a few months ago. I was intimidated to try F45, but my nerves went away the moment I walked in the door. This is more than a gym, it’s a community. I feel the instructors truly care about their members. They help us with motivation, with correcting our form to prevent injuries, encourage us to meet personal goals, etc. I feel so much stronger, healthier and happier today than I did back when I 1st started…. If you’re hesitant in trying F45, don’t be. I am so thankful I chose to go out of my comfort zone that 1st day, you will be too!

The gym itself is great, but I had a very unfortunate experience cancelling my membership here. Their membership agreement states that the cancellation will take effect 30 days after you send notice. When I received the cancellation form, the start of the 30 day cancellation period listed on the form was not the day that I sent notice, but the day I received the form. By this point I was already in the next payment period. I showed them the membership agreement and asked them to honor the date of notice, but they refused, and I had to pay for an additional month ($139).

I was a founding member and even referred a friend. I was shocked that they did not honor the membership agreement that both me and the gym signed. I was not asking them to make an exception, I was asking them to honor the agreement, which they did not.
