Great Sichuan 大四川

Amazing food, one of the best in Georgia! They have Chinese-style menus and but also an American menu, which I did not try. The Chinese menu was excellent with really great flavors. I enjoyed every dish! The duck was of excellent quality with really nice pieces, not bony at all. The staff was also very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Prices are also good with large portion sizes.

Delicious and authentic and unique! Some of the best vegetarian food options ever had! The tofu skins are sooooo good, the texture is perfect! The bean noodles are so refreshing and the chili oil is addicting! The shrimp dumplings were so packed with filling and paired perfectly with everything we got. The service is so sweet and the atmosphere is so clean and we loved the food so much! Will definitely come back again and again!!

Stopped in for a quick bite. This restaurant is warm and welcoming. The staff was so nice. I am trying to stay true to my veggie regimen so I got steamed vegetables, spring rolls and wonton soup. Everything was so good. This was the perfect end to a long day. Be sure to stop by if you’re ever in Johns Creek. Why? Because ASH SAID IT! #ashsaidit

The food had the right amount of spices. The cost to quality ratio is lot better compared to other places.

The best Sichuan Restaurant in Atlanta area. The chef doesn’t add too much sugar in the dishes, so the taste is very similar to a real restaurant in China. If you are not spicy food fan, Golden Mountain Beef/chicken and Tofu mixed Veggie are strong recommended. Yang Chow Fried Rice is super good one.

It’s one of best Chinese restaurants in Atlanta with authentic Sichuan and some Hunan cuisine. Most of them are spicy and tasty to satisfy both Chinese and non-Chinese customers. It opens until late night. Its robot waiter is an interesting server navigating in the restaurant although that’s not spacious.

We craved spicy Sichuan food for way too long since no where else seemed to hit the mark for us.. until we came here.
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
The restaurant is on the right end of a plaza shared by other businesses. There's a free private parking lot out front with plenty of available spaces.
II. QUALITY
Exactly what we were looking for ~ not americanized. At least not the dishes we ordered. Very happy with the result, especially 山城辣子鸡. 你吃过这个吗？If not, you're missing out. (很抱歉~我的中文很差) 哈哈
III. SERVICE
Timely and kind.
IV. CAPACITY
Fair amount of available seating for Sunday mid-afternoon hours

3rd review on March 28,2022: it’s back to awesome again at least with dine in experience. They even have Peking duck and the robot server now.

OLD REVIEW:
I am changing my previous 5 star review to 2 star for the following reasons:
1. It used to be legit Sichuan dishes and flavors with proper ingredients. We just made an order and every dish was overly sugared and the hot & numbing item was neither spicy or numbing.
2. The beef noodles didn't really change. My daughters still like it.

I read on we chat a couple weeks ago this restaurant got a new chef from New York. I had high hopes but it is a huge disappointment. So much sugar in traditional spicy Sichuan dishes. It made us sick!!

This restaurant is now in the same league with pearl liam. Will not order again. It's very unfortunate because this one and Sichuan restaurant by Target used to be the two we always go to. Now we are left with only one.

Great place to go if you like hot and spicy! This place lives up to its name, serving a variety of sichuan cuisine. Can't quite remember what I got, but I enjoyed it.

Depending on where you're coming from, it can be a bit easy to pass by this place if you don't know what you're looking for. It's right on the corner/intersection, so you pretty much turn in right as you pass the intersection.

Friendly staff and delicious Sichuan style food. Loved the spicy fish bowl/hot pot and the specially made pork belly. One of best authentic Chinese restaurant in town.

Authentic Sichuan style Chinese. My favorites include green pepper fish with numbing peppers, hot boiled fish and numbing hotpot with fish and vegetables. Shan City shrimp and Dan Dan noodles is pretty good too

My husband and I went for dinner tonight. Absolutely delicious! I had the Mei Fun which was excellent. He had a spicy shrimp dish. Wonderful food and friendly service. Will definitely be back.

My favorite place for authentic Sichuan food. This week I got the spicy lamb and the shan city chicken. 10/10 as usual.

This is absolutely my favorite Chinese restaurant in Atlanta! Very clean and cozy dining room, the staffs are very nice. Of course, the most important thing is the food, it made all my taste buds happy. A must go restaurant every time I am in Atlanta!

My go to place for authentic Chinese food. Some foods are spicy but you should discuss that with the waiter. Foods always on point!

Great option for sichuan food! I've been here countless times and every time the food and service has been great. Would recommend eating in rather than take out, since the food tends to be oily which doesn't do so well after a long drive home.

This is our family’s go to spot for authentic Chinese food. We been to pretty much 95% of the “authentic Chinese” dine-ins in the Johns creek duluth area. This one is our favorite. Reason is the best food for the right price. Our favorite items are Qingjiaorousi, Hunanxiaochao, Fuqifeipian, Ganguohuacai, Xihuniurougen, Huiguorou, Koushuiji, Jiucaixiangganrousi, Shuizhuyu, Sichuan Chicken, etc. We haven’t try the everything yet but we haven’t had anything we don’t like off the menu.
The restaurant is very well kept. They have this kitty server robot that my 9 yrs old son loves to see. There’s a huge projector in the middle of the restaurant. I enjoy watching Chinese food YouTube videos while having conversations with my family and eating some really delicious food. :)
Service is pretty straightforward. Wait staff won’t chat up a storm with you or crack up a joke for your entertainment but when you need something or have a question, say something they will bring it to you and answer your questions without any complaint. We’ve been here for years and have not had a bad experience. Definitely recommend!
