DABS Utah State Liquor Store #02 Sugar House

Clean and organized facility. The location is super convenient. The staff were friendly. I appreciate the measures taken to safeguard customers from covid. I appreciated the manager taking time to discuss how to order international beers. I most likely will be back.

Certainly one of my favorite stores to pick up some medicinal mouthwash. Highly recommended.

Who doesnt love the liquor store. Even with over 50 people jammed in it on a Friday nigbt in sugarhouse I was only in line for no more than 5 min. The store was fully stocked and associates were working hard to restock the liquor bottles being purchased. One girl behind stocking wasn't pleasant when I asked for her to point me in the direction of the Bailey's. Kinda gave me the look like that wasn't in her job description rolled her eyes and just nodded her head towards the general part of the store and said "over there" before I could ask for a more definitive answer she had disappeared from where she was currently stocking. Sad. Any way.... Still a great store though. Bad parking but great store.

It’s a liquor store in Utah people. It’s EXACTLY as you’d expect it to be. If you time it right - you’ll be in and out in less than 15 minutes. If not, you might join a local parish. Could go either way.
Other than that, it’s reasonably priced and located in Sugarhouse. The whole Sugarhouse seems to be in scaffolding and under construction so bring your CAT and John Deere while you’re at it. Maybe my grandkids will get to see it completed but I’m not holding my breath

This location always has everything stocked and if they are out of something they have similar recommendations or a date of when it will be back. Very hardworking employees and they keep lines moving. Very satisfied with the service here.

Its a state liquor store but they were very helpful

Always quick, great employees, and a great selection of product. Store is always clean and there's always staff to check me out when I'm ready to go!

Carolyn (I think) was wonderful, setting aside a special bottle that I was anxious to get for my son until I could get off work and travel there. I came in as soon as I got off.. Another lady (sadly I couldn't see her name tag - I really need new glasses 😏 she was in the first register near the door, short gray hair) also helped with the hold. I couldn't be more pleased. A young woman also helped me get a nice bottle of wine for myself. Everyone was so helpful. Top grades for the staff. 👍 The selection was varied and the store and stock well maintained. I highly recommend this store.

If I could have given them a rating of 100% I would have! Went this weekend, they were spot on with their social distancing. I was in and out in just a few minutes. The security person at the door was amazing! He was thorough, informative and polite. The employees did everything in their power to keep the experience sanitary yet upbeat. I felt very safe. If you wanna get lit, this is the place to go. You go in and get all the fun you need, and then go out. Can be busy at times though so you might have to wait a while. I hate though that they close on holidays when that is the best day to buy and consume liquor, and this place closes earlier than other places. Just plan ahead for the holidays because you don’t want to be out of liquid fun on those days.

I parked and my friend went inside the store for some liquor. While I was waiting for what it was a really short visit, I've noticed that there was one policeman looking out for customer, patrolling the parking lot keeping us safe. The visit was short due to a few factors, fast service, the beverage easy to find, good cleaning and specially the great customer service of the cashiers.

It's just funky. Sales and stocking ppl are awesome. Place is very busy but checkout line zooms along. Miserable parking,---but such high volume you will wait and get a spot. Small space--easy to explore new things or quickly find the familiar. In the 1970's, activists for the United Farm Workers passed out flyers to identify all the Gallo wines, which were boycotted, and this location is the one I worked. Happy memories.

This large store has all sorts of options in any category of drink you prefer. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to package your purchases securely. Everyone is friendly and the selection is awesome.

Nice liquor store, line moves fast

Christmas Eve Eve was crazy busy. Parking lot was a nightmare. A bottle of champagne could realistically cost you a $1000 collision deductible.

Parking lot is busy as hell, staff is courteous and helpful, selection is mediocre. You can expect to find alcohol here in its many different forms. Plastic bottles, glass and boxes can all be head with the contents of fire water. Be wise and don't drink and drive. Drink responsibly.

They have liquor and wine. And I like that about this location.

Fun place to get booze in SLC

The parking is pretty lame, but the store is easy to navigate and the staff is personable and fast!
