Mayas Mexican Kitchen & Cantina

My girlfriend and I visited on a Saturday afternoon. Quick service, friendly waitress. We ordered the Mayas Margarita and WOW - it was absolutely delicious! Tasted fresh made too (pretty sure it was). I ordered the Carne Asada which was amazing. My friend had the Enchiladas Michoacanes which she loved as well. Overall we had a great experience. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Great restaurant. The guacamole was fresh, tasty and generous. Salsa not too spicy and definitely causes you to reach for more. The tacos (we had lengua, pescado, asada and camarones) were very good. Kids loved the chorros.

Absolutely amazing food!! We’ve been everywhere, my wife is Latina, this is by far the Best Mexican food in Georgia. They make their own EVERYTHING. It’s all fresh. The tacos are outstanding, fresh veggies and homemade tortillas. Freshly squeezed lime juice is the only way to make margaritas and that’s exactly how they do it. It’s family owned and the staff could not be better. Glad we found this place, get here ASAP!!!

Fantastic new spot for Johns Creek - we are vegetarian and they made a really great tasting veggie enchilada. The servers were friendly and enthusiastic. I wish this place the best of luck having opened in this climate.
Definitely will be back with the family.

Some of the best tacos I've ever had. Went for steak and pork and truly fantastic "street" tacos. Topped it off with a jalapeño margirita. Will be back when I'm in the area!

Fresh Mexican food with classic dishes and a few special items you won't find elsewhere. Expect attentive service and high quality at reasonable prices. An outdoor patio is available and Covid prevention measures seem to be a priority.

So good!! Everything our table ordered was delicious. Fresh and flavored so we'll, I'll definitely have to come back. Their mixed drinks were pretty good as well and they actually show the prices unlike many places. Service was excellent, and if you ask me if you're dining in during this pandemic you'd better be tipping well even if it wasn't.

Great food! Great service! Great drinks! We were in town for the weekend looking for place to eat that we couldn't get at home. Nohelia was our waitress and she was sweet enough to bring us both types of tortilla for our fajitas because obviously we couldn't decide which one we wanted. I'm pleased with our selection and would definitely eat here again when in the area.

My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday night and sat outside to enjoy some of the best Mexican food we’ve had in a while. I ordered the California burrito and she ordered the mole enchiladas special. The steak on the burrito tasted fantastic and the sauce was muted in spice, not overwhelmingly strong, but was quite flavorful. The mole enchiladas were also excellent with a sweet sauce. We finished off the meal with the tres leches cheesecake, and I must say that was an incredible dessert. A must order.

Glad we found this place, well with your time, and so glad it’s in the neighborhood.

Stopped in to grab a bite and I will say that the experience was very nice. Dont be afraid of the house margaritas they are awesome.

I had the NY Burrito (excellent) girlfriend took on the steak fajitas (excellent). If you are nearby give this place a try.

My son and I went at lunchtime (12:30 PM) on a Saturday. It was so hot outside that we thought we'd take our chances on finding a seat inside. Plenty. This is truly a diamond in the rough. We had frozen margaritas (on special for $5!), he had chiles rellenos, I had steak fajitas. Wonderful. Good quality, great fresh salsa. And very pleasant service. Going back again tonight!!!
