The people here really care. They try there best to work with you. If i could give 10 stars i would because they go the extra mile. Shout out to Anthony Medina and Ben at the front desk. Yall are life savers. Litterally lol. Thank you for what you do and did for me.

Nurse Arlet, Dr.Anthony and Dominique was so amazing. I truly was very grateful for the professional experience here at the North Georgia Urgent Care. Thanks for having staff that carry integrity to a hight level.

This is by far the best urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. The entire staff was professional, polite, and made me feel so comfortable. I came here about 3 years ago to get stitches, then had a visit today for a somewhat sensitive & embarrassing issue. The receptionist even took me into a private room to discuss my reason for concern. I’m not sure of the Dr. name, but he is amazing! Excellent bedside manner all around. Thank you North GA for your help!

I went to the Duluth location on 6-2-2023 to see a Doctor for a few issues I was having. T’yanna at the front desk and another lady (don’t have her name) were very very polite and professional. The clinic was nice and clean and my wait time was good. The nurse who called me back and took my weight & vitals was awesome. Doctor Anthony was extremely polite, had a good sense of humor professional and knowledgeable. Overall I had a amazing experience and if I had to go back I would return to this Duluth location.

This is my first time visiting. And I just love their service. Environment and stuff are great. Doctor was so nice.

Honestly I rarely ever leave a review but I just want to say that Dr Anthony is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered in my life. He was attentive, personable, humorous, knowledgeable and professional. I really needed to be heard today and that's what he did. He wasn't robotic or quick to rush me out like every single other doctor I've seen in Atlanta. God bless him. I am never going anywhere else. Richard was also a kind nurse who was friendly and took the time to actually explain every move he made and what I should do and expect. The office staff were very friendly as well. I mentioned feeling cold and one of the receptionists who's name I regrettably did not take, came out to turn off the AC. So nice! Not wasting time anywhere else again.

Fast, friendly service in a warm, welcoming environment. I came in so sick and they took good care of me.

My first visit was 7/6/23 and I was feeling horrible. Andrea was at the front desk when I arrived and she was so nice. She took the time to help me register through the portal, along with scheduling the next available appointment. Once I got to the back I met PA-C Huy Tran (hopefully I spelled your name correctly). With that being said he asked, "what difficulties was I having?" Then he diagnosed my issues, wanted to know what pharmacy did I use and called my medication in. Today is 7/8/23 and I'm feeling much better. Thank you North Georgia Urgent Care!

I met Kim here today , she is by far the BEST person i've ever experienced to draw blood, and i hate needles. She was so nice, funny, and had amazing bedside manner. Made me feel comfortable. The staff are really polite, the facility is convenient, very welcoming environment. The physician was very through with examining and communicated well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👍

T’yonna is more than Amazing! She is consistently kind & compassionate. I’ve had to come here twice & both times she has been extremely accommodating. Thank you so much!

I have come to this location in the past and must say that I saw a big improvement. Firstly the front desk lady was very polite and welcoming. (previous person was not) The nurse was also someone different from last time, again much more friendlier than the last person I saw. The doctor on duty was absolutely wonderful. She was professional and helpful. Listened and definitely had a solution. I really liked her because she sounded very knowledgeable. Not only had I taken taken my mom there, who spoke little English, I also took my daughter at the same visit who, who is hearing impaired, which meant I had to be in two rooms and the staff were so accommodating.
Overall short wait and a great positive experience!! Would recommend this place.

Outstanding experience. The office is spacious, clean and well equipped with sanitary dispensers. My husband needed stitches and was seen fairly quickly. The entire staff from the front desk to all the nurses that rendered aid were kind, helpful and professional. In a case of urgency and stress we felt cared for and at ease. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. Thank you all for the excellent service!

The receptionist, nurse and the nurse practitioner that I saw were all so nice and that really helps when you’re not feeling well. everyone was super kind and they took care of my daughter. Overall, this visit was great!

The best team!!! Work together to get you moved through the clinic timely. Anthony and the entire staff is great! 100%!!! Found that I had pneumonia when the hospital missed it!

So far so good. Staff is nice and took me as a walk in without using my insurance. Thinking I have a little lung infection.

The nurses were nice and helpful, and the doctor I saw was caring and fast about getting me in and out of the office. He believed me when I told him my symptoms and that I didn’t feel well. They also had Dr. House on in the lobby which was cool. It was a bit warm in the lobby because I think the AC broke, but they did everything they could to get fans pointed my way to make me more comfortable. This was my first time ever going to this location and I would say it was a good experience.

My little one was sick with fever and I was able to get in and out quick!! Being a New patient is hard to get in anywhere!! When I first called the lady on the phone was so nice and polite! Making me feel happy I found them!! When arriving I finally met the friendly lady at the front desk! All smiles and happy to see us!! From the lady of the front desk to the doctor that checked my daughter, they were just so welcoming and ever so sincere! The doctor was kind and helpful in the exam room! With a sick baby it’s hard to check them but he was great with her!! I really want to Thank you all so much for all that you do!! You all are amazing !!

I was in and out so fast. I had went for a cyst behind my ear that was swollen and painful. When I got there I filled out the paperwork and as soon as I was finished they called my name. I went back immediately saw someone. And he started working on me. It was painless and so fast. Took all of 20 minutes in and out if that. To get the same treatment at a hospital I would have been there for hours waiting and then sitting in the room waiting on someone else to come back. Thank you so much to not only the man that treated me but the staff that helped me while I was there and did everything to accommodate my situation with my 10 month old as well as me being pregnant. I highly recommend and will return with any other needs from now on. Definitely my go to Urgent care!!

Great people. They actually care about you.more like family. Anthony is the best doctor I've ever seen.not many doctors have the time to know your story. Great people and they care.been going for years and will continue.

The front office was really helpful, we didn’t have masks and they had some for us. The nurse and doctor were great with our kids and answered all our questions, they were great! The gave us no hassle with our insurance and got us seem quickly.
