Stonecrest Honda

We arrived at Honda and was greeted by Sal, who was very friendly and refreshingly honest. He listened to our needs and he tried his hardest to find what we wanted not what he wanted to sell. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot. We were able to get an amazing deal on an awesome car!! I am so excited as a parent to be able to get my little girl her dream car!!!

The Honda dealership is very nice and they have a coffee bar and free snacks. The people who work there are very nice and they are pretty professional. I enjoyed my experience overall and will be returning soon to get another vehicle for my business.

I had a great experience buying my dream car from Stonecrest Honda. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler after looking for months. They got me approved with the terms I wanted. No hassle at all. The price was great already. My salesperson was good luck for me. Thank you Karla!!! My finance manager Mason was great and I loved working with him as well. They both made it a good experience and I am so grateful for that. The GSM came out and thanked me for choosing them and made sure I was happy. You guys are awesome!!

Jenn is the best service representative! She is the ONLY person that I drop my keys off to when I need to bring my car in for service. I have come to Stonecrest Honda for service for over two years and Jenn has always welcomed me with a warm greeting and she always, despite serving countless customers, remembers me and even asks about my family. Additionally, she clearly breaks down everything that was recommended by the technician as well as my bill. I always feel like my car is in good hands after I leave it with her.

As an update, I returned for service to have my tires replaced yesterday! As expected Jenn again provided stellar service! She kept me updated about my service and ensured that my car was detailed, the valve stem caps were back on, and there was no grease left on my car. She also made sure that I was accommodated as I needed to pick up my car late! The absolute best professional ever!!!!

Jessie was very kind, pleasant, and informative. He gave me a complete breakdown of current service, options for future service, and insight into services needed due to approaching mileage. He also went as far as to check the concerns I had and went to immediately assist me when I noticed I was missing my "mileage reminder sticker". I always enjoy the service I get when I come for car maintenance 😀.

Zach and Hayden were amazing! I can’t say enough positive things about them. They made the buying process easy and calmed my nerves. Stonecrest Honda is A1!

They sent me video of my car being serviced...I will always get my vehicles from this place!

It was one of the best car service experiences I have honestly ever had. From start to finish, the car service process was explained, I was even sent a video detailing the current state of my vehicle, what would be done, and what needed to be done in future services. That was a really nice touch! Jesse was very friendly and assisted me with a rideshare home until my vehicle was complete! Stonecrest Honda is definitely a step ahead of the competition!

I really appreciate the repair team recording and sending me a video of the work that needs to be done on my car. I'm very grateful for that. I'm also thankful for the gentleman that assisted me with my car and was HONEST with me about the work that my vehicle needs. Was greeted timely for my preset appointment. Had some repair work done on my driver’s side mirror. The work took less time than quoted. Love the finishing touch, an exterior car wash!

They're service and customer care is top notch. I was able to get some work done while waiting on my car in the quiet room. And the tech made a video of the work he did and what he recommended. This is my spot for my Mom's Honda.

Generally the wait at a dealership is 5-6 hours. Today all the salesperson greeted me personally and Whitney went far and beyond to get me riding in about 3 hours. I would refer them to everyone.

Busy dealership, but very attentive! My service advisor was amazing and kept me informed with every step. My service technician was thorough in her evaluation of m. vehicle's needs. Even in the waiting area, Keith (salesman) made sure those waiting got snacks and even donuts. Overall, I had a great experience!

This was my very first time at the service center at Stonecrest Honda and I was very happy with the customer service. Andre welcomed me and made sure I was kept up to date with everything going on with my vehicle. He even gave me a tour under the hood of my car as I had never ever opened the hood of my brand new vehicle. In the service center waiting area, I enjoyed some hot chocolate and cookies that were available. I'll certainly be back next time my car needs to be serviced.

So far service is always good. Terrence was friendly, attentive and service was reasonably quick. They actually took a video of car from underneath on the rack to “show-and-tell” services needed. You have to walk through new car showroom to get to very nice service waiting area — brilliant idea for sales I’m sure.

I love how friendly the staff was. I appreciate the maintenance progress video they texted me. They were able to see me the same day. I called in to see if they had a time slot open and they did. It did take a couple of hours but I had a transmission oil change and my brake fluid flushed. So it was expected. I will definitely be coming back here.

My old car died after 14 years of faithful service and I needed a used/new car quick for work. My mom and I searched websites for good deals and Stonecrest Honda had the deal I wanted for a vehicle. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Mr. Otto and his Sales Manager. Mr. Otto listened to my financial needs (selected vehicles in my budget) and brought my mom a snack (AMAZING Customer Service). I will be back for service, purchasing a car or to help a friend/relative buy their car.
