Life Storage - Baton Rouge

I reserved this unit from NY a month prior to renting. Very cordial and informative on the phone. The unit and facility was clean and secure. Unit was as advertised. Staff was extremely helpful. Pricing was fair and upfront. Super customer service. Very satisfied overall.

Therron is amazing. He help me find the perfect storage unit for my things and he has great customer service skills. The property is very clean and convenient. I would definitely recommend friends and family.

I came into life storage and had just finished getting a few items from my storage unit and needed to wait inside the office for my ride since it was pretty hot outside. Mr. Thërron Kelly was nice enough to allow my brother and I to sit inside and asked if we needed and water or the key for the bathroom. Good customer service goes a long way

This is a storage unit that I will continue to come to they are so polite very nice people they help you from top to bottom if you don't understand something before you walk out you will understand everything that's going on with your unit even when I called on the phone that was so polite I know that my stuff is going to be secure I don't have to worry oh my God if somebody going to steal my things no it's not going to happen it's locked tight it's clean it's neat and the prices over there are unreal they are great but they truly do work with you if I could take them to every state that I go to I would.. they made me feel right at home the guy that's working the desk right now totally needs thumbs up he's awesome 👍.,...
