The office and garage bays are always clean and kept in order. We completely trust them and all of our cars stay in great shape. Thanks to Chad for his expert advice over the years. This company will charge you a fair price! My VW is notorious for expensive parts and labor so I didn't blink an eye when I was quoted $1,200 to get the stuff done. I'm awful at remembering car terminology but the explanation they gave made sense. Come to find out, the dealership was telling them I needed stuff that I didn't so I ended up being charged under $900 for the care. It's obvious they were busy and even though I didn't have an appointment, since everything I needed was in stock at the dealership, I got my car back within 36 hrs. Quick, professional, and friendly. High recommend to the average person who isn't a gear head, they do NOT take advantage of your lack of knowledge and they do what is best.

Every time we work with JC Car Care we know we will be well taken care of. We have had two large auto issues in the last year and they got us in and out in no time. They talk with you about price and help whenever they can by suggesting discounts and coupons that they offer. They will also keep you aware of things that may go wrong with your car in the near future, by letting you know if something looks concerning, but they also aren't pushy about making you take on that job. They are just good people and never make you feel as if you need to side-eye their work. Michael and Chad are the two guys working the front desk most often at the location I visit and on several occasions have gone out of their way to either explain things I didn't understand, help me figure out what was going wrong and, in some cases, walk out to the parking lot with me and investigate underneath my car to locate something on their own time. They have both learned my name and always made me feel like a friend whenever I have to come in to get work done.

I had brake work done on the wife's SUV. It was about $600 after getting a quote from Tire Choice down the street for $1200. I'm going to do all my car maintenance here moving forward. Great customer service!

I had tires put on, oil change, cabin filter replaced, and safety/emissions testing done. I really enjoyed the experience with JC. They sent a text with images showing areas of concern and an image showing the reason why I failed the safety test. They replaced two tires, they said the other two still had a couple years left.
I've gone to a different tire place down the road for 10+ years but am considering bringing all my business to JC from now on.

Mike and the team at JC's never disappoint! I take my personal cars/trucks and my business as well. They have the highest integrity and always do a great job with customer service.

I originally sought out JC Car Care South to fix the lock mechanism in my 300's front passenger door. By the time I found them, my left headlight went out. Cars, am I right? They were able to get the light fixed quickly and gave me an oil change and alignment the next day all for a very reasonable price. They then offered to order the part they needed for the lock to save me money and installed it the following week. Michael was there to greet me for the early drop-off both times. Feels good to be able to open the door for my lady from the outside. JC Car Care South comes highly recommended!

I've found my new permanent mechanic! The staff at JC were kind, respectful, and understanding of the burden expensive car repairs can be. The lobby is clean and inviting.

After numerous attempts to other people, all while my truck was under warranty, the issues were never resolved. When I brought my car to JC, the first time, the issue was CORRECTED! All I can say is drop those zero and come to Hero! Thank You JC, you stole my heart 💗🥰

I looked up the reviews before I scheduled an appt with them and I can say I’m more than happy!! I thought I needed new tires because my car was driving funny (yes typical woman math lol), my guy told me that wasn’t it, but I didn’t believe him. Ooooops!! Turns out he was right . I needed struts, bearings, shocks and wheel alignment. It was 1600 and I looked up comparable prices and they are fair I also looked up signs of those areas going bad and they were spot on. Steve, Mike and Chad were so professional and courteous. And they only had my car 24 hrs. When I got it back I noticed a big difference in the drive and now it doesn’t make a funky noise. Also when I was leaving Steve told me to be careful about the financing company I went through because they take advantage of people. I told him I know to pay 90 days but it was very kind of him to let me know. I’ll be back when I do need tires!! lol! Oh I have a 2019 Toyota Corolla.

This was my first time using their service. Steve was good at explaining the problem and ensuring I understand what they are doing to fix the noise the brakes where making and shows me the part they replaced. He recommended few things that I should be looking out next 6 months and what service I can hold off some more time. Also gave me the best possible deal. I would be using their services again!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Made sure I was well informed, they were transparent, and extremly fair with cost. Won't be going anywhere else for my vehicles going forward.

The VW purrs like a kitten now! Went in for a full synthetic oil change, which was very affordable. The day before my Friday appointment my engine light came on. They were able to squeeze in my repairs, and have my emissions test ready by Tuesday morning! I had 3 misfires and I needed part of my muffler welded and a sensor replaced. All of which were understandably explained by Mike at the desk. VERY IMPRESSED by their professionalism and patience! And keep in mind, not just any shop will take on, have the tools or know how to work on a German car.

They were very quick, helpful and reasonably priced. I was referred by a family member who has had great experience with them also. I will continue to use JC Car Care for my future service and repair needs.

Highly recommend JC for all your car care needs, I only take my car here because of how professional and quick they are! My car broke down recently and they got me in and out quickly, with honest work and great communication, I recommend them to everyone!
