The Staff and Dr. Jacek went above and beyond to help my Mother today! They were very pleasant, professional, personable and mannerable. We love that they are also a walk in practice, and are open a couple Saturdays a month. We are so glad we made the choice to come to this Doctor. They also made sure my mom had the correct prescriptions and dosages for her medication so that we weren’t given a hard time at pickup. Outstanding!

My family has seen Dr Jacek since my son was child , my son is now 35. You will never find a Dr nor nurses like this again. He knows more about medical care then some specialist. We have refer all employees, relatives, friends to him. He's the only one who got every one on right blood pressure medication that works. They go to Him now nurse Lynette can draw blood from hardest people first time. He's the only Dr I know who I trust completely. A rating of Excellent is not enough

Great doctor that is caring, thoughtful and entertaining at the same time. I have been going to Dr. Jacek for years and he is always having me strive to improve myself. He is also personable and funny. Convient close to home location near hospital and multiple pharmacies no appointment needed accepts my insurance!!!!! Boom 😁

Dr. Jack's office has been good for me for several years even through fights with prescriptions and pharmacies. I always appreciated the Saturday hours as I have to take unpaid time or vacation time for doctor visits. I guess now that they no longer do Saturdays, I'll have to find a doctor closer to my office.

Worst Doctor office i have ever encountered!!!The staff is very rude and unprofessional.My wife tested positive for Covid-19 so i call this office since they were my PRIMARY CARE and ask for their advice and were told to quarantine for 2weeks. I call back a week later to see if they could give me something in writing to take to my employer that I've been working for almost 20yrs for job security and they said NO!Never ever will i return to this AWFUL place Again.Equipment is out of date anyway can't wait till open enrollment so I can go back to Kaiser!!!IF I LOSE MY JOB AFTER 20YRS I WILL BE SUING!!!Sign::(Bennie Kitchens)
