Nate's the man.It's a pleasure coming here in the mornings to order my coffee.The service received from Nate is outstanding.He always says says Good morning and thank you.Nate is very respectful, pleasant,and always have a smile on his face.He knows and values each of his customers.Look whether you stop by mornings,evenings,noon or night,if Nate is there you will get the same customer service trust me.The food is always hot and fresh.Everyone there needs to be like Nate.I love when Nate is there because you can be guaranteed to get your order correct, food hot and fresh and not to mention an awesome customer service experience. I came on Easter after church and got some chicken fries and onion rings.Gave me fries instead and was fine fixing it.Food was delicious chicken fries were nice and hot and the onion rings were sweet but not to sweet.So good I can still taste it.Very good service.Best Burger King ever.Five Stars.

Excellent service at this Burger King. I went to the drive up, they took my order. I then drove up to the window to pay. The staff at the window greeted me with a smile. I was treated with friendly, prompt, professional service. My order was correct, the food was fresh and temperature was appropriate for the items I ordered and received. I would come back to this Burger King again without hesitation.

Just wanna give a shout out. In these times where fast food is slipping, this bk gets my order right each time. I order delivery in the app and I ask for customizations like no pickle, etc.
They do a great job. I'm not missing items. Just thankful. I enjoy the bk food and am glad they seem to care to do a great job. Thanks!

I recently started coming to this location and I love it. It is a drive for me but it is well worth it. The food is always hot and delicious and customer service is on point. This location has renewed my love for BK because ALL of the ones near me are HORRIBLE and I love near 2 that I refuse to EVER go to again. Thank u for being great..

This Burger King location was the cleanest I’ve ever been to. Their bathroom was clean. The counters were clean. All the tables were clean. I swear I could have eaten from the floor and been fine. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, they were very nice and my food came out perfect.

Drive thru requires patience; variety of menu items mkt. Comparable; vegan offerings for extended period of time that has satisfying taste. Dine in available.

Contrary to the recent negative reviews I have had nothing but good experiences from this location. They've had a 100 percent score for some time now. I usually go here around 6pm to get food for my employees. Today on my off day I came by. My order was taken and even though she was busy taking an order an employee of Burger King by the name of Simone asked my girlfriend and I how our day was. She was very sweet. I've been to other drive thrus and usually don't get that kind of sincerity. Especially from the location off of Salem Rd. I actually prefer this location more. Simone was very helpful and kind. I saw her run from her register to the front to assist with orders. I can tell she has very great work ethic and that is something that lacks largely in fast food. Small things like this make a huge difference. I try to leave reviews for those who deserve it and Simone definitely needs some acknowledgement for this. She is well-mannered and well trained. Hopefully she climbs the ladder and I hope to see that her employers praise her for her work ethic and kindness.

First burger I been to in long time that the food was good, and I didn’t wait longer than 5 minutes. (Normally 30 minutes), plus on top of everything every one had smiles,, very friendly!

Service so fast my food was ready before I decided what to order. The women working look so hot! But alas, no lap dances allowed. My double bacon wopper had so much bacon on it, I took some off and my family had a plate of bacon for breakfast the next morning. I think heaven must be like going to a Burger King like this one only with pearly gates.

This burger king is light years above the rest. Normally THE KING is very slow with everything. This time I went thru the drive thru where to my surprise there was no line I ordered, the girl correctly and in plain English read back my order which she got correct. I was told pull up and there were 2 cars in front of me who were served very quickly. My turn came I paid and the girl had my order ready right then and there. I was in amazement. Kudos to this burger king my order was correct I was served in a fast pleasant manner and the price was totally affordable. Alot of places could learn bunches firom this BURGER KING. Thankyou fora hot delicious meal in a totally appropriate time. Something very hard to find these days. 10 out of 10 and most definately this is now my goto place kfor a quick good eats meal at lunchtime.

It took a little time for them to answer the drive thru. But they made up for it with the quality of the food. Hot and fresh! I loved it! I dont have a photo because i ate it all!

This is the best fast food place in the immediate area. I can always count on the drive thru to be fast so I can actually eat on my lunch break.

I literally live down the street so if I'm feeling for a hamburger I'll get it from BK. Clean restaurant, good employees and they never messed up an order for me and the service is fast and good

They have been more efficient since they open the inside since covid.

Let me tell you, the IMPOSSIBLE BURGER was to live for!! For all you vegetarians, this is the best burger you'll find!! And the best thing about this burger, you won't even know it's a plant based burger!! Delicious!!
