We went to the drive thru and a young man told us that the drive thru was closed due to staffing and we would have to come inside to order.
Well, there's not a Krystal near where we live now, and even though it was raining and we were tired....we really needed some Krystal's. IYKYK
We went inside and there were two young men absolutely busting their tails to make it happen behind the counter. One was flipping, dropping and dropping pickles like he was on a mission. The other was communicating so clearly and professionally and with good humor that it really didn't matter how long it took for us to get our food.
It was a delight to watch young men willing to work and able to communicate effectively.
Kudos!

(Another young woman came in to work just as we were getting our food. It was clear that she had hustled to get to get there, and she didn't start hustling when she stepped behind the counter ana started taking orders immediately.)

I have never experienced any real problems when visiting this Krystal’s, the food is always amazing (well the item that I always order is) and the people I’ve encountered at the drive through window have always been pleasant and friendly. The only negative thing I could say about this location is that the wait time is more often than not extremely long. However, I can’t really hold that against them when taking into consideration that my visits are always late nights after 10 or so and there are only a couple people working and being human they too are no doubt as tired as the people ordering and want to be home sleeping as well. So for me I think this Krystal’s is an excellent place for a quick late night bite .. the chili cheese fries are worth every minute of wait time and then some so if you’re reading this GET SOME ASAP you’ll thank me.

The food was delicious and fresh. The only problem they're VERY slow. I waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker. I get to the speaker and waited another 15 minutes before my order was taken. I get to the window food was ready and I was outta there. Pack your patience because I wanted that sackful with cheese so bad. I WAITED MY TURN LOL 😆

Great food. Fast speed. Excellent service. A testament to Krystal's training and customer centered environment. Other companies could learn from them.

I went through the Drive thru at the Krystal's in Lithonia I sat there 20 minutes. So finally I pulled out, and went inside. The employees were walking around like they didn't want what was going on. One lady behind the counter ask me was I picking up, I responded no. I had before in your drive thru for 20 minutes, so I decided to just come in. I told her my order and she walked away. Then another worker ask me what I was waited on, I told him the same thing I had told the other worker. He went to see about my order, and they all was trying to figure out where my order was on their screen. So finally I just said. That's ok I don't want it thank you. And I walked out. Very very very. Bad customer service.

the lady in the drive thru was fine..the food was hot n fresh!! what more can you ask for!!! 5 ⭐'s fasho baby!!! the sprite tasted funny..I'm good tho..

Although they were pretty slow, Krystal's isn't known for being fast, just hot and fresh! But when we got to the window, they had put our individual orders in separate, individual bags without being asked!! Now, that's service! In times like these, it matters. Everything was definitely hot and fresh and we'll absolutely be going back here soon! Great job to this location!

I'm a regular drive thru for breakfast and it is great.

The food was good, fresh, and hot. The gentleman running the drive-thru was pleasant and friendly.

I always have a good experience here. They have some friendly staff and the food is fresh. The drive thru can be long and slow, but it doesn't bother me. My wait is always worth getting the fresh, warm burgers!

The guy with the dreads at the drive thru was soo pleasant, he got my order 100% correct, it was fast and the food was hot. Great location!

I remember going to Krystal's about 5 months ago and it was in December. I want to cancel order some of the famous Krystal's Burgers that they sell. I was also in the mood for a wings so I tried their boneless buffalo wings and they were absolutely delicious. Along with my order, I also ordered two special fries which are the chili cheese fries and the junkyard fries. When I made my order I went inside of the building in order at the counter. The Krystal employees at this location are very friendly and respectable. I watch as my food was made fresh soon after my order was completed. The Krystal employee was also helpful because I got information about their employment because I have friends who was looking for a job and their employees provided all the helpful information that I need it. I can't wait to visit this location again. I will give this Krystal 5 stars out of 5

Drive thru service prompt and professional. I visited this location Friday, Aug 16. Around 7:30 am. The Cashier at the window was kind and my bacon egg, and cheese scrambler was delightful. This visit I gave 5 stars for great customer service and fast service with quality food.

I went to Evans Mill Road location.
It was delicious!! The senior breakfast is the best option ever! Even though the line was long and Drive-thru only; it didn't take very long and the food was accurate. A few extra items, i.e., butter, jelly, salt and pepper included without me having to ask.

This is a store of excellent the most proffesional/cleanest store I've seen. Alfredo the manager is an example of how this company should flow. Best economic Breakfast by far

The Krystal on Evans Mill Rd is great. The staff have always been friendly and personable. I've only had an issue with my order once, but the staff are so nice that I can't be upset with them lol. I prefer to stop at this Krystal over any other one nearby.

There a lot of poorly ran restaurants in this area. I work in DeKalb so I've tried a lot of the local places for lunch. I gotta say this Krystal's has never disappointed me. If you need a quick pick up lunch I would definitely recommend Krystal's.

While traveling and passing many Krystal burger signs from the interstate, the hunger proved too fierce and I found myself moments later sitting in line waiting for those delicious little sliders. The wait is usually a little longer than most fast food drive through lines but more rewarding than any.

The food is hit or miss. Ordered from uber eats 2 days ago and the food was horrible.

I am changing my review of my experience. After posting my review, I received a message t speak with management at the location. I eventually received a call from the GM Mrs. William's who arranged to remake and deliver my order which arrived around 5:30 pm today. The order was great with no issues. I would like to add info prior to ordering Krystals on delivery apps. Krystals should be eaten immediately just like hot fries. If you travel miles after they've been prepared they are not going to be fresh and moist. Also be mindful that Uber Eats also have share deliveries which means they can pick up your food and drop off other orders prior to delivering your. I'm not saying don't order from Krystals but be mindful they are like french fries. You have to eat them while they're fresh. I'm personally apologizing to the entire store as this issue experienced was not their faught.
