Great stay at this location! The rooms were very comfortable. Beds were amazing. Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast in the am is fantastic. Precious, who check us in was so so sweet! Left me a wonderful gift in my room. ..we will stay here again next time we are in town for work!!

I stay here every week as I am a law student at a nearby institution. Precious who works at the front desk is phenomenal. She’s always warm and inviting and provides assistance whenever needed. She’s an excellent employee. I stay here because I know what I’m getting as far as service quality. Thank you Precious!

Very nice staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is also clean and has a great breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

This Hotel is located by the Baton Rouge airport and by some great food places. The staff here and especially Ms. Precious made our stay very pleasant as if we were family and welcomed into their home. Also shout out to Ms. Pam and the General manager for accommodating us with an additional unforseen nights stay...Also Mr. Jeremy Davis for making sure our room was well quipped with bath towel, which there was a shortage of. He brought us some fresh out the Laundry ❤😍😘 Definitely will be back where it felt like home ..Hats off to you guys ‼‼‼

Walking through the doors the first thing I noticed was that this hotel was CLEAN. The second thing I noticed were the smiling faces behind the front desk. Those smiling faces belonged to Tony and Alex. They made my check in a breeze. The atmosphere of the hotel was so welcoming I decided to stay another night.
Due to the current pandemic breakfast was not being served BUT you guys they made us little snack bags and that made my day. The entire staff was friendly from the Manager to maintenance to housekeeping. Me and my family decided that whenever we travel to B.R this will be our new spot. It is in a more secluded area.
So privacy and peace surrounds this building. I had a minor maintenance issue and called the front desk they immediately apologized and moved me to another room. I can't say enough good things about this place. So yes 5 stars ☺

I was displaced due to the flood on May 17th, and this place became my home. I truly appreciated the staff. They greeted us every morning and evening with smiles and impeccable service. It was very heartwarming to us. I feel like we became family and I often think of them since we’ve checked out, especially Precious! She was one of my favorites, but the entire staff made us feel right at home, including the manager who ALWAYS greeted us with a smile. I can’t wait to go back to visit!

Stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites while on a business trip. It was a quick one night stay but everything was perfect. The rooms are brand new and decorated very nice. The breakfast was comparable to every other hotel's breakfast. Staff was polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

It was great. My tv wasn't working in my room. So the front desk switched me to a new room. They also have a shuttle to the airport at any time.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of service you offered me the days of my stay at the Comfort Inn in Baton Rouge. April 8th-10th. My family came into town for a funeral and your staff treated my family with warm smiles and much needed hospitality.
I would like to highlight Shantonnia Parker. It seemed like she was working 24 hours a day. Every time we came down stairs she was always there at the desk helping a guest and was always so kind to us. She went above and beyond for my family and made us feel welcomed and at home during this most difficult time. Thank you Shantonnia, you really made a difference and took so much stress off my elderly mom.
I will definitely recommend your hotel to friends and family, and I’m sure I’ll be back to stay at the same location when I am back in my hometown.

I’ve had quite a few stays here at the Comfort Inn &suites Baton Rouge Airport. I love it here! Sometimes im in the area for work and I always stay here the Manager Shantonnia is AMAZING! The area is quiet the rooms are very spacious, clean and nice! The staff is very nice and friendly as well. I will always stay here when im in the area

My stay here was just great until I seen roaches in the room. They were not DEAD. This is something that should be kept under control at all times and I said something to the desk clerk. He said they will take care of the situation. I will be back 😊

Had issue with reservation system and my room was cancelled on very busy weekend. Manager rebooked me at original rate and made my trip go smoothly. Super nice staff and nice hotel. Highly recommend.

Very comfy. Friendly, helpful, polite staff. Right across street from airport, which was excellent since DELTA lost our luggage. Great experience though, despite the circumstances. Me and Comfort Inn & Suites are cool. As for DELTA (first class seating, btw), we are so over. I'll never fly DELTA again. NEV-ER!!!

Comfort Inn & Suites was an absolute blessing to have right across from airport. Quiet, nice room. Free Wi-Fi and continental breakfast. If you've got business in BR area and will be needing to be close to airport, you just can't get any closer. Again, great staff!!

I enjoyed my stay, with the help of Jeremy the house man, he made us feel very comfortable and kept our room clean and always checked on us, nice hard working guy most definitely will be back

It was a last minute decision, I went through Hotwire and got a great deal. Check in took about 3 minutes. The room was large, clean, and very spacious. It was very nice. I would visit this hotel again.

Omg my stay at this hotel was amazing and Alex was the best he went above and beyond for me he is the best at his job move him up to manager because he deserves it overall I give this hotel five stars thank you for everything god bless
