WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

Wow!!! Such a good experience from beginning to end, we walked in we were greeted. The young lady was knowledgeable about the menu. Prices were fair, the wait time wasn’t too bad, when our order came up, the young lady showed me each and every item I ordered, all of our food were fresh. We got home, everything tastes so delicious definitely will be our go to once a month. We spent $75.75. I have a family of 4 and they serve a lot of food. I have dinner for today which is Friday and we also have lunch for tomorrow. Very well worth it able to feed a family of four for two days from their portion size.

Greeted by a cheery young lady, I ordered the Fried Rice and 6 or 8 wings. The Fried Rice was absolutely over the top delicious! The wings were good too. The Service, the food portions and the cheery staff made this a nice way to wind up the day. 🙂 I highly recommend this establishment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hello fellow foodies! This is a nice place with a quick turnaround. The establishment is very clean but not as comfortable as it could be. I'll circle back to that.

Today is Friday July 14, 2023 and my partner Daniel and I ordered some food.

Daniel: Chicken Sandwich
hot-honey/ hot-lemon pepper wings

Me: Hawaiian Burger with Impossible Burger Plant-Based meat in a lettuce wrap.

All the food was super great! Fast turnaround! We used the mobile-order app which works amazingly. The staff was friendly, attentive and ready.

Let's talk about the atmosphere...

It's summertime in Georgia (USA 🇺🇸) and it's been some of the hottest days of the year. Daniel and I walked in and it felt like fans were running with all of the outside heat beaming through the large windows.

Granted, our order was pick-up/carry out but we could not imagine "dining in" without bursting into a monsoon of sweat. My goodness.

My order had a beverage that I could fill up from the Freestyle drink dispenser and let me tell you... I was moist from forehead to big toe by the time I GOT JUST ICE! Consider purchasing blackout blinds to draw down during the summer months or TURN THAT AC ON!

All-in-all... we love the food options and the taste is very good. Much better than "fast-food" spots. Please visit them if you are in the area instead of ANYTHING around lol. Keep it up!

I wanted to try a new wing spot today, and this location did not disappoint. It was pretty early when I went so the area was quiet. Very clean. I was greeted when I came in, placed and received my order fairly quickly. The wings were great. The fries could have been cooked just a bit longer but still good. I forgot to ask the young lady that took my order for her name, however, she was sweet! I’ll definitely be back!

Food:
Second time ordering wings and fried rice in five days. The wings are on the smaller side, but they are crispy and delicious. We really enjoyed the honey hot flavor.

The fried rice is SO. FREAKING. TASTY. I ordered the veggie fried rice on two separate occasions, and with both orders, I was SUPER impressed.

Service:
I ordered online twice, and both times, my food was hot and ready when promised. The cashiers are friendly and kind.

Great customer service. Super attentive of their customers in a good way. Food is super delicious. 10/10 experience and food!

This place is very clean, has great service and the food was really good. My go to when I'm craving chicken wings and the house fried rice is so good!

What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! This kind of food is what is missing in Covington. I have no problem driving in though for this goodness... 🤩🤩

Marcus B&G had an Amazing spread for Sunday brunch. The only thing missing was the cornbread, but since everything was so flavorful and fulfilling, I can let that slide. Must haves: warm peaches over the waffle, shrimp chorizo over a warm bowl of creamy grits, curry chickpeas, brisket hash, and the salmon was slamming. Since the collard greens were hand delivered by the chef, they were Magnificent!!! Kudos to the chef, our waitress Kris, and the owners for a nice relaxing atmosphere with no wait time.

So happy that they open back up. We love their hamburgers onion rings, fries milkshakes and tonight. I tried the chicken Fried salad delicious.

Awesome, helpful and patient staff and the food was bomb!! We had a party of 14 and alllll the food was appreciated and got us super full! We don't all live in the area, but we visit often enough to check them out again. Great stuff.

This was a take out order someone ordered for myself and a friend's a steakburger w/cheese single patty and 9pc shrimp platter the food was hot and delicious the fries were delicious not to salty I haven't been here since tbe fire but I will be back soin

Very clean restaurant and does offer doordash and uber eats if you dont want to get yourself. 2nd time ordering food was great!

The staff are so amazing. They always greet you with the friendliest smile. Your food is always hot and on time..

They serve one of the best turkey burgers around town.
