Taco Bell

Grandson asked for this experience. We gave up on Taco Bell (different location) due to over-priced garbage food and lousy service. This dining experience may have turned us around.
Food was decent. The Crave Box is to die for with a good variety of food.
Never had Pepsi Zero. Wow! Beats Diet Pepsi hands down. I may be a convert.
Busy restaurant that was clean and well-maintained.

Took my niece here for breakfast and they were very accommodating. They did not rush us when making our decision and when the food came out it was hot. I enjoy the Columbia location as they have better service than others.

Drive thru is quick and never messes your order up. Best Taco Bell out there.

Most people hate on Taco Bell but I find it amazing. Have never had a complaint here. The workers are amazing and they seem to have a full house there so you know your food will be ready quick. I've also talked with the manger there and she is a very happy soul. Never seems to get angry and tries to help as best as she can. Now for the food it is excellent as usual. I've gone to the Taco Bell for about 15 ish years and I've probably had my order messed up maybe twice. Now you know that is premium service right there.

Came late at night on a Saturday, and the staff was extremely friendly. We also got our food quickly. I would highly recommend.

We all ordered something different. It was all good! The lady that took our order was friendly & pleasant. Atmosphere was bright and clean.

This is the best Taco Bell in the metro east! They've had moments but over all very consistent food quality and great management.

Best taco bell around by far. If you want a very polite staff with fast service go there.

Excellent restaurant. Finally an owner decent enough to hire enough workers to get our order fast, accurate, and tasting great. Dining room and even bathrooms were amazing clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL LOCATION!

This Taco Bell is AMAZING!
The worker that was working today, Pat, was amazing. He made side chats with me, and when I had entered in the wrong email on the kiosk, he tried the hardest to get the receipt for me, and apologized that he couldn't. I will come back again, with the hope that all workers were like that.
Also, food came out quick, but tasted like it was fresh, not like it was sitting under a heat lamp all day. Keep up the amazing work y'all!

The cashiers spoke clearly and provided hot food & fast service. I pulled through right before midnight (closing time) and they still provided a pleasant experience. Almost unheard of these days...thank you!

Always have had a good experience here. Quick service, hot food, order accuracy and acceptable customer service. Nothing stands out as above and beyond however consistency is an integral part of customer retention and they consistently provide satisfactory performance in each aspect of food & beverage hospitality.

This taco bell has a really friendly woman at the counter that makes you feel like it is a restaurant and not just fast food

This Taco Bell is better than any of the taco bells on the Missouri side of the St. Louis metro area. It's even better than the Taco Bells in all of St. Charles county. The people here are very friendly. The food is always good. The place is very clean. The drive thru is always very quick! Good job!

Employees were very sweet and professional and the food was good! Also very fast service.
