I came in on a Saturday, expect to have to wait. The gentleman at the counter was very professional and patient with me. He asked what I was storing and suggested a 10x10 unit. I asked that it not be far from the entrance, since my husband us unable to walk a long distance. He was very accommodating, and was able to get us a ground floor unit, that is very accessible.

Nate was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. My experience was very comfortable, quick and easy.

I have had a unit with the Belcamp Storage King since 2015. I can honestly say that I have never had the customer service that I experienced in all these years. Pam is absolutely amazing. She is friendly, was quick to respond to an issue I had and just overall pleasant to work with. I hope with all the turnovers SK has had, she will be here for a long time.

Pam was incredibly helpful with securing a rental unit! Not only did she make the process hassle-free, but was very friendly and able to answer all of my questions about what to expect from the facility - warts and all. She ensured that everything was functioning appropriately, even changing my reserved unit to a similar one upon discovering that the door was sort of a pain to close.

The facility is clean, easily accessible, right off of Rte. 95, and with ample parking/loading areas. The hallways are wide and easy to navigate and the freight elevators are large enough to fit most of your storable items. I'm looking forward to a continuing relationship with Storage King!

Pam got here early to help us get a storage unit. She's been warm and friendly. This is also a great place to rent a storage unit. It's clean, secure and bright.

Ale was amazing! She called to confirm my reservation, was available to help me get moved in the next day and took the time to make sure l was comfortable with all the aspects of my rental. I had a wonderful experience! Ale is an outstanding manager!

Oh my goodness I had Ms Pamela Fox, and she was amazing very helpful and honest even help me take the boxes out to my car. I loved the customer service at Storage King. I will definitely be telling friends and family about this spot.

Pam & Kyle were so efficient and helpful they made renting a unit a breeze. They can take care of everything you need from boxes, tape, and locks. Renting at this place I feel safe and secure. Very neat and clean facility.

Mr. G. Jones was a great help to me even on a holiday. He followed up with me after I completed my online purchase last night and asked if I had any difficulty or needed additional help. I told him I could not use the code that the online system set up for me he made the correction immediately and told he would be around if I needed any more help and once on site he helped me purchase a lock..really a great help and went over an beyond for a holiday. Set up so much for my next steps even with how to move out when ready. I will rent there again and recommend them the unit and area is always clean and well lite. I feel very safe going there any time day or night.
