Becca Joy Chibnall, MD

Dr. Chibnall is both an exceptional expert in dermatology and a doctor who listens to you as a patient. I had to bring my daughter to my appointment and she was not only attentive to me, but also to my child. She clearly has a personal commitment to your health as her patient and will go above and beyond to make sure she provides the absolute best care possible.

Dr. Chibnall is an exceptional doctor whose areas of specialty are needed by so many women. Fortunately, my gynecologist was aware of Dr. Chibnall’s dermatology and specialized practice. What most impressed me is that Dr. Chibnall utilized test results and biopsy results from my dermatologist and gynecologist to learn about me. She also gathered more details about me via a detailed survey and examinations. I believe in Dr. Chibnall and trust her completely! Her medical degrees are from top medical schools in the country and she has years of experience treating the same female health issues I have. She knows exactly what medications to give me, she asks me excellent questions and she answers all of my questions. She is so kind and caring. She is persistent in finding the answers to healing me. THANK YOU DR. CHIBNALL! YOU ARE THE BEST!

I highly recommend Dr. Chibnall! She had such a kind and caring disposition, listened attentively to all my questions (I had lots of them), was generous with her time and really listened to me about how I felt about treatment options and offered suggestions accordingly.

It can be hard to feel really heard in healthcare settings, but Dr. Chibnall is is a diamond in the rough!

Also want to note that I was NOT bombarded with unnecessary additional “treatments” like you sometimes are in Dermatologists offices and I so appreciated that. 👌👌

Finally, the office staff and workflow for checking in as a first time patient was exceptional. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been going to Dr. Chibnall for YEARS. She quickly found a pre-cancer spot and removed it upon my first visit. I have no problems making appointments. She gets me in quickly if it's an urgent matter. I never feel rushed with her. She always takes the time to listen to everything I have to say and takes her time to explain everything in a way I can understand. I started bringing 3 of my 4 kiddos to her. They LOVE her. She is so gentle with them and makes sure to explain what she will be doing to them before she starts. She even demonstrates things so they aren't scared. When we go in I feel more like I'm visiting with a friend. She remembers things about me and my family. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. I have never had to wait for more than 10 mins. to be called back. I don't know how anyone could have anything negative to say about Dr. Chibnall. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chibnall to anyone looking for a GREAT dermatologist.

I love her! She has given me hope that after 10 years and so many different doctors, I can finally find out what’s going on and actually help me. She cares.

I would not recommend seeing Dr. Chibnall. I was on a many month long treatment that is very time sensitive and the front office staff was so hard to get ahold of (usually a minimum of 20 mins on hold every call). The staff was extremely unwilling to work with my busy schedule as a teacher. Chibnall then dismissed me as a patient because I was direct in telling her staff that the process of scheduling an appointment was ridiculous. Chibnall clearly has no concern for her patients health and well-being, not to mention time, for dismissing a patient mid-treatment. Avoid her.

The first time I met Dr. Chibnall, she was nice. Every visit after that she had poor bedside manner and acted like she wanted to get out of the room. At my last appointment I arrived 15 minutes late because I accidentally went to the wrong location. I tried to call them on the way to explain, but they would not answer. I decided to come on to the office to see if she would still perform a 30 second freeze of my wart (she is literally in the room for 1-2 minutes total). When I arrived, Dr. Chibnall had no grace and turned me away (I’m a postpartum mom with 2 little kids with me). I’m very disappointed by the way this doctor treats her patients, and especially her lack of understanding, kindness, and grace.

Very difficult to reach office, on hold 2o min or longer. She herself is a nice person but no bedside manner. My last scheduled appt I got lost, admittedly my own fault. Tried calling but no answer. I arrived 15 min late and was told she cld not see me or for that matter any one else in the practice. Very disappointed because it was going to be a very short appt. I since have changed to a new group which I am very happy with.

I booked an appointment at least one month in advance. Was vehemently told that I had to complete an online evaluation within a couple of weeks or the doctor would not see me. I did that. I arrived at my appointment exactly on time and was told that since I didn’t arrive 10 minutes early, that I would need to reschedule. I just got a new job and told them that because of that I could not make another appointment for months. They did not care. I have a conditional that raises my risk for cancer in this area. To care more about 10 minutes that nobody warned me about than the person who is at risk is shameful. I would not give even a star.
