Craig came out to our house and did an amazing job in checking our outlets. He is professional, friendly, and knows the "nuts & bolts" of the electric business. From his extensive experience, Craig was able to determine a bizarre modern wiring setup where a fan was not turning on from being connected to a moisture (humidity) sensor that was overriding it. Craig was professional, and recognized the issue almost immediately. He even fit us in his schedule the same week, a rarity, it seems, in the 2020s. We’ll be using his services again if anything else comes up.

I spoke with Craig over the phone and he was extremely professional knowledgeable and just an overall easy person to talk to. We are currently buying a new home and wanted his opinion on the electrical configuration at the home. He was extremely upfront and honest and provided me with useful feedback. We had just moved into our new home a week before we had a problem with one of the outlets in the kitchen. The power strip and nightlight plugged into it completely melted down to the wires. We called Craig and he responded to us immediately and was at our house within an hour. Craig diagnosed the problem and had it fixed 30 minutes later! We felt confident with Craig’s work and reassured from him telling us our house was safe! In a very scary situation we really appreciated that! Thank you Craig! Also, before leaving our home Craig spent 20 minutes with us going over his recommendations for other work we wanted to get done around the house. Craig is very professional and always on time. His quality of work is excellent. He installed a 220 for us in our garage for our electric vehicle, and helped us figure out a problem we were having with an exhaust fan in our bathroom. We had him back shortly after to install some ceiling fans and a light fixture. I would highly recommend him for any electrical needs you may have. He is great!!

When we had a new patio installed and were looking into hard-wire hot tub installation, our hardscape contractor warned us that getting hold of an electrician would be one of the hardest parts. I called Craig straight away and he was able to provide me a rough estimate over the phone. The estimate was very similar to some of the larger electrical contractors in the area, but he was much more responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Craig not only worked around the hardscape schedule, he worked *with* the hot tub installers to make sure that everything was lined up and nothing was left to chance. Everything was done on schedule to spec and at a reasonable price point. Highly recommended.

Craig is a master at his craft and a true professional. He solved a challenging wire puzzle that was beyond my skill level and successfully installed a smart dimmer and brought light back to my stairwell. WOW! Working with Craig was a great experience and I highly recommend him! He went above and beyond customer service, and changed HIS schedule around to accommodate our family who had no hot water. He was knowledgeable, explained everything as he was working, was very personable with myself and my children and was fairly priced - you just can’t beat that combination. Craig was very kind to come up, with short notice to solve our problem.. He searched until he found the problem and fixed it with ease, all while respecting our home and was courteous, professional and efficient. I can't say enough good things about Craig at West Coast Electric! After weeks of trying to get our hot tub to work and dealing with all sorts of confusion and troubleshooting with various people, Craig came out very next day and got it all working. He was quick doing the work and punctual. We live in Vancouver, WA. Really friendly and very informative, and explained everything he did and why. If you need ANY electrical work, hot tub related or otherwise, I recommend him highly. I was even able to talk to him on a Sunday evening, expecting to get a voice mail but he picked up and gave us a lot of things we could look at over the phone before coming and charging for a visit.
