I’ve visited this location a number of times for some large print jobs for work. Each time, I’ve felt like the staff has been helpful, informative, and patient while they help make sure that my documents come out exactly as I need them. I’m grateful for their kindness and willingness to help!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our visit to purchase a printer on January 3rd, 2024. Assistant Manager Josh attended to us, and I have to say, he has exceptional customer service skills! We were impressed with his pleasant and kind demeanor, his obvious knowledge of printers and willingness to go the extra mile in finding the information that was not at first readily available. He even memorized prices as he compared two different printers and was able to recall the costs easily later, which helped us in our decision making! I have never observed a sales person do that before. Josh was patient and professional and even carried our heavy printer (yes, of course we ended up buying!!) out to our car. What an impressive young man and a true asset to Office Depot/ Office Max! Great job in hiring him to represent your company.

This is a great place when you need to print something quickly and cheap. The store is always really quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have quality items at really good costs. The cost of back to school items here seem to be some of the lowest I have seen from bigger department stores.

I had some copies of my home prints being built made here! They’re quick and I even got it on blueprint paper! 24” x 36” size. I bought a Zip drive in with pdf files and he was quick. Found out I could have ordered online and just do a pickup of them. Try them, the prices are pretty good too. 🤗

Had some trouble with a print job at the self service printer and Chris saved the day. It was a bit of a hassle but Chris was as friendly and helpful as possible and got it all taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Chris assisted me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will buy all of my products for my business there from now on.

So when I went there I felt like they really respected me a they new there stuff a what they were talking about. The manager was really cool to me an chill an kind.

I'm 88 years young and have shopped at Office Max nearly all my life and am happy with it. Out of time now though.

Friendly helpful staff pointed out the great deal on sale items. I like to browse around and look at the pretty notebooks and organizers: inspirational for straightening up my home and office! And they're so nice to my dog!

I just needed a ream paper. Joseph found me looking through my choices and showed me the best value. He then told me it was at the checkout stand, and I could just follow him there to get it. He had such a wonderful smile and sweet disposition!

I love to shop at this location!, great people and very helpful. They have great sale prices on 10 gallon containers (10.00 each). supplies are always available

I've never left OfficeMax disappointed. There's always a person on the floor to give good, relevant advice that I feel can be relied upon.

Best customer service I've ever experienced at an office supply store. the 2 gentlemen got me to the right aisle, helped my pick you the items I wanted and showed me how I could save $ by purchasing a similar item. Hope corporate gives these gentlemen raises - you want to keep the good ones don't ya?!

Staff members are friendly and attentive. The store is well organized. In those cases when the store is out of stock on a particular item, remember that they can't control supply chain issues. I always check online first to see if an item is in stock. Prices are competitive and sometimes they run clearance specials.

The associate was extremely helpful and courteous. The enlargement of my photo's was done beautifully and for a lot less than I expected.

Went to Office Depot today looking for a few things. So I got there and a employee was right there so I asked him where I might find this exact same pin or a refill. Unfortunatly, they didn't carry the pen or refills but he did tell me where I might find them

Then I went to cash out and had the whole big issue with that gift card. But thank goodness Tye new what he was doing

unfortunately i didnt get their names, but both employees were very helpful and friendly, which my sis and I really appreciated.

Employees were very kind, and there are plenty of school/office supplies to pick through. Here are some of my favorites:
• Clearance section. Got a pack of 12 glue sticks for $1, which saves a lot of money.
• Wite-out pens. Nice and compact, and you can use a lot of different thicknesses, too. If you forget to cap it, don't worry because it needs to be squeezed to come out, compared to normal wite-out which will spill everywhere.
• Crayola twistable crayons. While they may seem a bit childish, if you're like me and go crazy whenever your colored pencil is even slightly dull, these are perfect. They're long like a pencil, so they won't snap like regular crayola crayons do. Very nice on the hand, and great surface area compared to colored pencils.
