My gas oven went out the week before Thanksgiving. After shopping around, the Lemcke price was $30 more but since their delivery/haul away was only $75 cash, I ended up saving $125. (I did tip on top of that!) They delivered the day before Thanksgiving and the two delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. My second appliance from there. VERY happy!

My dishwasher quit working and I called Lemcke appliance and they went above an beyond to get me a new dishwasher within 2 days!!! In black too which isn't apparently an easy color to get at this point in time. I spoke with one of the owners, Joe Lemcke and he handled the sale from start to finish. I really appreciate the excellent communication and customer service. I will absolutely use Lemcke for all my future appliance needs.

My second excellent experience here. Personal service, quality options, great value and service. There was a problem after installation (that turned out to be on my end and not with the appliance) - they immediately sent someone out to check on it and helped me resolve the issue with good cheer and no additional charge.

Wonderful experience buying a dishwasher. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They had the model in stock. It was the same price as the big box, but was a special order there with no returns. They helped us load it on our truck, and gave us the hose we needed to install. We could have had it delivered and installed for a very reasonable cost but we decided to do it ourselves. We will definitely shop here again.

I've purchased a number of appliances over the years from Lemcke but this time they went above and beyond with customer service. They are five star and loaned me a refrigerator for three months while I was waiting for parts and repair on my new refrigerator. They were outstanding!!!

We were in the market for a second refrigerator, so we stopped by Lemcke Appliance in Webster Groves.
We were looking specifically for a white GE. They had one in stock and gave me a good discounted price and we closed the deal in less than five minutes. They delivered in less than 24 hours. The delivery guys changed the direction of the door opening and leveled and adjusted everything, said thank you for your business and left. My experience with Lemcke could not have been better. I love doing business with a small business like Lemcke. They told me they valued me as a customer and their service backed that up. Going forward, all of my families appliances will be bought at Lemcke.

I will never buy an appliance from anyone but Lemke's. My dryer broke suddenly a few months ago when everyone was quarantined and stores were closed. The big box stores had at least a month long wait for any appliance. I called Lemke's and the salesman suggested 2 different models and apologized that I'd have to wait two days for delivery! Delivery went perfectly and the price was better than everywhere else. I have also purchased all my kitchen appliances from their other store in Webster years ago with a similar great experience. Love tnem!

I am so happy with Lemcke Appliances in Webster Groves! This morning I discovered my chest freezer was not working. I decided to shop local. At Lemcke's I got a great price on the exact replacement size I needed. Fast forward a couple hours and the new one is in the basement and running like a champ, while the old one was taken away. I have no hesitation in recommending Lemcke's and I know where I'll be shopping in the future. Such nice folks, too!

From the salespeople to the porters, I've always received amazing service from Lemcke. Their showroom isn't the prettiest, but they really know their stuff. You also might expect their prices to be higher, because they're small, however, I've always gotten a great deal.

After a major retailer spent months failing to deliver a new stove, these folks got us the same stove, same price, within a week and a half. They've also been very helpful with recommendations on local repair providers. I had wondered how in the world a local appliance shop was staying in business, and this must be how: being great at what they do.

Bought a new over-the-range microwave on Monday. In and out in less than fifteen minutes. Their installer called, set appointment for Wednesday. Arrived on time and installed in 30 minutes. including taking away the old microwave.
