I will always go back to Shane Co. when buying jewelry! The staff is super friendly and helpful as well as very knowledgeable. I have bought my wife's wedding ring and jewelry from here and they were great. They also clean my wife's ring for free whenever I need and have changed the setting for no charge as well. Also I can always find what I'm looking for without breaking the bank as they have many options with a variety of pricing. They really do a great job of putting the customer first!

Went in to get new rings for my 15 year anniversary. Jamaal and Carlos worked together with me over a couple of meetings to create the wedding set of my dreams. They went above and beyond to help me and didn’t ever make me feel rushed or like I was being picky or unreasonable (even though I personally believe I was at times). I am absolutely in love with my rings. I can’t get past how beautiful they are, and the quality of the craftsmanship. I am also extremely pleased with the peace of mind that the Shane Co warranty provides me, knowing that my rings will be taken care of in the years to come without having to spend out of pocket, and that I can continue to upgrade with ease. Anna and Josh went above and beyond to help us and made it such a wonderful experience. Their service, competence, kindness and quality of work were amazing.

We had just had an awful experience at Jared's and were frustrated and disappointed after pulling the plug on 3 weeks of trying to get them to help us. Thankfully we ended up at Shane Co. and Josh and Anna were a breath of fresh air and such a contrast to what we had just experienced.

We were a little backwards and bought our wedding rings after we got married. I was still in my dress. Ellie was so helpful and friendly, didn't try to push anything on us or make comments on my choice of an engagement ring instead of a wedding band. She even put a rush on getting my stone set and the ring sized so I could have it the same day as my husband's ring. It was truly a fantastic experience! Thank you Ellie! I love the rings and you made our day that much more special.

I love this place. Awesome customer service and a great place to pick out a wedding ring. Here is another update. Today my wife picked out some more rings for her birthday and she is excited to wear them. We spent about 2 hours there and Courtney was extremely patient as we looked around, changed our minds and went in another direction! With Courtney's help my wife found something she really loves. Thank you for great customer service and we will come back!

We had an absolutely stellar experience! The warranty helped us to have no desire to even look at any other jewelers with no regrets. The gentleman who helped us (Austin) was amazing! We felt no pressure at all to buy anything. He was great with all of our questions and when she told him what kind she liked, he had some great recommendations that she loved! He asked the price range, i told him 1000-2000 and he helped us find the ring that she absolutely fell in love with! Plus, it was $1950, so that’s a plus for me. Austin was the best and was super fun! If you are his boss and are reading this, he deserves a raise! Great guy that i could see marked having a blast going out to lunch with! I’d recommend Shane Co. to anyone.

Once again my wife and I came in to buy a gold necklace. We actually came in to only buy one necklace because we lost the one that we had bought from ShaneCo a year and a half ago. Jamaal was a fantastic jewelry consultant. Not only was he able to help us find a necklace that was nearly identical to the old one, but we bought a second one as well. We love the way we are treated here and the quality of the jewelry is unsurpassed. Jamaal, you're the best!

Great service and above average friendliness and attentiveness to detail. They helped with all my questions and concerns about replacing the diamonds in my ring. Was able to get the most gorgeous setting and felt like they knew and understood what I was looking for.

We got my wedding ring here and absolutely love Shane Co. For one, they have a huge selection of great-quality jewelry! They are also less pushy than other jewelers while still being extremely helpful. They have a great warranty system and are always quick to clean my ring or get any repairs done.

Josh the jeweler did a fantastic job adjusting my engagement ring and my fiance and I couldn't be happier! After the first few salespeople we spoke with said nothing could be done to eliminate some metal, clunk, and height from the first iteration of my ring, one meeting with Josh and Kira gave us hope, and they did not disappoint. Josh was able to lower my diamond by 2.25mm which made a dramatic difference and I'm just so happy with how it turned out. Thanks for helping us achieve the vision!

I had dropped off my jewelry to get cleaned. I had brought in a diamond pendant that was dirty and tarnished. When Allyssa brought it back out after its cleaning, I almost cried with out beautiful it was again.
