I bought my 3rd BMW from Eric at Gallery. My latest car was a 2020 BMW with low milage, approx 2300 miles. When I bought the car I was offered a 7year 150k miles warranty. Fast forward 50k miles I had a water pump go bad and 2800.00 in repairs later the warranty paid for itself on the first time. If you're not buying a car here there's something wrong with you. I have NEVER liked dealer's and always leave in a new car feeling screwed. This place was HONESTLY THE BEST experience I have ever had. We noticed a few things we didn't like about the car we were going to buy and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND with fixing it. During the very brief time frame it took to sell my car, they dealt with a mechanical issue and utilized my warranty and towing coverage to get the issue addressed and the car returned to their business location, all without the requirement of me leaving my house. There were no surprises with the payment and paperwork. All went very smooth. We were looking for a specific truck and found it online with Gallery Motor Company. We live 4 hours away and were able to get everything accomplished over the phone/email/text. Ted was very helpful and made the process easy. He even did a Zoom call with us so we could hear and see specific areas of the truck to make sure it was what we wanted and expected. Since we were without a vehicle until we could finalize the purchase and keeping in mind we lived 4 hours away, they allowed us to pick up on a day they would have otherwise been closed. I was very happy with the way we were treated and the efficiency of the sale!

We recently bought an older car from Gallery Motor Company. We live over 800 miles away and were not sure about buying a car from so far away. Eric was very easy to talk to and told me the car was in like new condition. Like new covers a wide range of vehicle conditions. After several conversations with Eric I was comfortable in spending the money and flying out to Missouri. The car we bought was 15 years old, it was like it just came off the show room floor. Extremely happy with my purchase! I told Gallery Motor Company that I was moving to the States and wanted to get a car ready for when I arrived. I was very picky about what I wanted and somehow Ted and Eric managed to get the perfect car which beat my expectations AND they came in under budget. They were exceptionally helpful every step of the way. They even went onto explain the process of what I would require after having purchased the car in terms of registering etc.

I had a Subaru Legacy Outback that was on it's last leg. I already had a refurbished engine installed and it had about 200,000 miles going. I hadn't had a car payment in awhile and wasn't sure how good my credit rating was. Like a lot of Americans, used some credit cards too much and was digging out of a debt hole. After the finance manager ran my credit, I was pleasantly surprised my credit wasn't as bad as I thought. I sat down with Eric H. and told him some of my car choices and he immediately went to work. I was thinking about a Ford Escape, and Eric immediately realized they had a Mazda Tribute in the showroom. I took the car for a test drive and was sold right away. The whole staff was so professional and reassured me that if I did have a credit issue, they would find a car that was within my budget.

If hear of someone looking for a used car, I always recommend Gallery Motor Company to them. If you don't see anything on the lot, they will find whatever you are looking for.

I purchased a 2017 toyota corolla from here at the end of february. Ted was so helpful and kind! None of the sales people were pushy or aggressive. Don't judge a book by its cover. This is not a showy dealership with marble floors and an espresso machine. What they do have is nice vehicles at a great price and most importantly, people like Ted. No "let me talk to my manager" no "now I'm going to lock you in the Finance office for 2 hours". Ted took care of everything. I didn't get the name of the secretary or the other gentleman in the office but they were both warm and friendly as well. I would recommend Gallery to anyone. Thank you Ted from Jason and Lana. We love our Infiniti QX50!

Great company from front to back! Everyone from the detail crew outback making the cars shine. To sales, finance and management up front made our experience excellent! We would highly recommend this company to friends and family and will have them at the top of our list as we car shop in the future. One of, if not the easiest and most hassle free vehicle trade ins I have had. Price was the best around, and by around I mean within 400 miles!
