Shout out to Sherri, k.c, and the team. When I called about my mailbox key, they was right on it. Fast and friendly service. Issue was solve the same day. Keep it up team. The Jennings post office is awesome.

My postal carrier Aaron is always accurate, professional, respectful and has a pleasant attitude. I have no complaints in my home delivery.

Great service

My regular guy Aaron is outstanding. Always polite and respectful. Gets my deliveries right the first time. The post office staff in general is also nice and professional. I gave it four out of five for the one delivery guy who comes on Aaron's day off who always has an attitude and messes up the deliveries. I receive packages everyday and only on his days is there a problem.

The Post Office work hard and need help like everyone else. Doing the best they can under the present conditions. People are working short staffed and some new inexperienced employees as well. Let’s give them a break!! It’s that way everywhere!!

I wanted to give this establishment 1 star. Not because they don't provide great service or professional. It's my mail carrier. There have a few instances where my packages have been put in the wrong mailbox and was unable to retrieve it, lost packages, and when I track my package it says it has been delivered which it has not been. I'm not sure who this mail carrier is but this individual makes this establishment look very unprodessional unreliable.

Whenever I'm in this facility, I usually get good service and the workers are usually polite. I read all of the negative reviews and it looks like the bad reviews are coming from the carriers making mistakes with delivery. The staff in the building are usually cool.

Line was rather long and so was the wait but we got everything taken care of... Just be patient.

I don't understand why this Post Office customer service representatives are so rude and unprofessional. When l called for service
it seems like l was on hold forever. Why is it that some businesses in our community are so lousy? My main complaint is that the mail carrier in my area is so incompetent he always delivers mail to the wrong address, where do they find these people. I will soon be sending a written statement to the proper authority.
