We started working with Rhonda and found her to be great with advice on colors, styles and the pros and cons of options we were considering. She also advised on sales/specials. We are beyond thrilled with our decision to work with Rhonda. We replaced flooring in the majority of our house.

Scott G. was incredible! He came out to measure the areas we needed carpeted right away, and the new flooring went in a week and a half later! Fair priced flooring and great customer service. I highly recommend working with Scott here!

They were easy to work with, came out for the bid on a Saturday to help with our busy schedules, and the price was great. My husband was blown away by how amazing the installation team was. They worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be back when it’s time to do our upstairs carpet. The basement looks so much better with the beautiful new carpet!

We had new carpet installed in the master bedroom and closet. The staff person that helped us was Rhonda. She listen to our needs and was very helpful in picking the carpet and pad. The installation crew arrived on time and within two hours had pad and carpet installed. They took care in moving the furniture and cleaning up after. We got a couple estimates for new carpet in a house we were getting ready to move into. The first company estimated a lot more carpet (cost) than I thought was needed. Sue Ann from Advance Carpet One calculated a much more accurate number. She assured us she would be able to get things done prior to our move-in even though we were only a few weeks out. The carpet was scheduled to be installed on a Monday with us moving in on Saturday, perfect, right? Unfortunately, Sue Ann called the Saturday before install to notify me that there was an issue - they were double checking the carpet sizes and they were sent the wrong amount! Sue Ann told me she was going to do everything she could to get the carpet installed before our move-in date. She made us top priority and worked very hard to make it happen!!! Thank you thank you thank you, Sue Ann!!! Even though she was put in a tough situation, she knew how to get the job done! We're very thankful to have chosen Advance Carpet One!

Fabulous experience! The entire staff, and especially Cole, was knowledgeable and patient as I kept going back to look over samples and ask questions. They did 3 bedrooms, walk-in closet and stairs and landing for us. I had a hard time picking carpet thickness and color. Sue Ann was extremely helpful with this process. Installers came on time, worked nonstop and were very respectful. They did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend both Carpet One and the installer they used.

We did flooring for four rooms with Rhonda at Advance Carpet One. She was extremely patient and easy to work with. She was able to recommend a beautiful carpet to go with the flooring that we had already picked out for the kitchen. This was a color that I would not have ordinarily picked out, but I’m glad I listen to Rhonda and went with it because it’s a perfect match! The installers were fantastic and did an impeccable job on all 4 rooms, especially Paul Who put in a Bruce hardwood floor that match the 23 year old Bruce hardwood floor that we had in the hallway. The word was fairly different looking, but I told Paul to go ahead and use his best judgment since this newer floor had a lot more “character “to it than the older floor. He did an amazing job working Together the darker ones and the lighter ones and making a floor that is so pretty I just enjoy sitting and looking at it!

We had a wonderful experience with Advance Carpet One - O'Fallon, MO. We met Sue Ann Burke at the store and she helped us pick out the best option for us. She then drove out to our house that same day and measured and ordered the carpet. She kept up updated throughout the ordering process. The installers did a very professional job as well. They were very friendly and efficient. We had almost 2,000 square feet of carpet laid in our basement and none of the seams are visible. I would ask for Moses' team for the install.

Our salesperson, Rhonda, was super wonderful and helpful, I definitely recommend her! She was friendly and explained everything to us. She also didn't try to push higher-priced product when we told her what our budget was. She showed up to measure on time and was very thorough. It took about 5 days for the carpet to arrive, which we expected. Our carpet hasn't been installed yet but we're on the schedule for next week! Really happy so far with everyone we've dealt with in person and on the phone. We visited another local carpet store to get an additional bid, and I felt like we were "just a sale" to them and didn't feel as confident in their store as I did at Advance Carpet One. I expect that we'll be returning to Advance Carpet One once it's time to replace the rest of the carpet in the house!
