Andy is a super responsive and friendly landlord. We’ve been renting from him for 2 years now and can’t recommend enough.

I have been renting from roberts for over 5 years. Never have I had a bad experience. Anytime I need anything fixed they always come out and do it in a timely manner. Their property manager Tisha, works day and night to make sure her tenants are taken care of. On top of that her husband is always there to help as well. She is seriously..THE BEST! The whole complex I live in is kept up very well and maintained. She’s something like, a superwoman! As far as I’m concerned they are doing a great job and I’m very pleased to name a few other people, Kristina and Jay are also wonderful. Always very professional and …TISHA NEEDS A RAISE!

I was in a rush to find a place to stay last year and Roberts Realty was there for me. I was able to get approved and got the keys in just a hand full of days once I found the home I liked. Andy and his team were always on top of any requests I had, although there were not many because the home was in good condition and everything worked. Would definitely recommend Roberts to anyone I know who is looking to rent property in the area

But seriously folks, the people I mentioned above have worked together in harmony to make my three-plus years here a very pleasant experience.

Kristina spends more time "above and beyond" than she does on regular job assignments. She is known throughout this complex as someone who is very accessible and helpful; someone in the office that is good to know.

Caroline runs a tight ship. She is directly responsible for the peace and tranquility that pervades this complex. She is the sentinel at the gate, fiercely defending the integrity of our community.

In the three-plus years that I have been here, I can count on a hand and a half how many times the police have been on these grounds (other than to patrol), and it has always been a minor infraction. Thanks, Caroline.

Jay is a pretty cool guy. He obviously loves what he does. If he can't fix it, he knows somebody who can. I appreciate the fact that he will tell me exactly what's wrong, what he's going to do to fix it, how he going to fix it (he can get carried away sometimes), and when he's going to fix it.

It's a bit late, but to make a long story short, in my experience, the Roberts Realty team believes in investing in the tenants' experience to cultivate a long-term relationship. That's good for me, and it's good for business.

I was a tenant on Delmar for 3 years before the past 3 years on Pershing. Andy is an exceptional property manager who is responsive to tenants’ needs. He is genuinely interested in my satisfaction.

I have no complaints, space was spacious and comfortable, maintenance requests were promptly answered and the park behind the building was an amazing plus. rent is cheap and close to campus in a nice neighborhood. definitely will miss this place 🥲 Thanks andy!!

My favorite thing about renting from Robert’s Realty is that when I call or email the office, the asst office manager knows who I am. They are attentive to my needs and always pleasant and happy to help. I’ve worked with Kendra the most & she’s been very helpful, quick to follow up if I’ve left a message. I would be happy to rent from them again.

Great experience living in one of their apartments for the last two years, maintenance requests were responded to very timely, no surprise fees in rent, common areas were kept tidy. Very responsive and helpful staff.

The apartment was lovely, and Andy is truly looking out for his tenants and makes sure to resolve any issues as quickly and amicably as possible. All of the office staff are friendly and attentive. I would rent from them again.

As with any property, there will be unexpected things like garage malfunctioning, ineffective appliances...etc. Ken and his team have responded to all my requests within 24 hours and everything has been taken care of extremely well. My wife and I loved our experience with Roberts Realty Co. We were referred to them through some good friends of ours who were also tenants of one of their properties.

We'd looked EVERYWHERE for an apartment that was in a good neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants/shops, was a good price, etc. Andy showed us several apartments, and we fell in love with one of them.

We lived there for a year and a half, and it was a bittersweet moment to leave. When we emailed Andy, and told him we were leaving, he was saddened by the news but happy that we found a great home.

Roberts Realty is a great company that successfully manages rental properties in St Louis area. Between the two apartments I have been renting with them for 6 years total. Unfortunately I had to move out of state because of work. But if I had a chance I would do it all over again. They are very punctual, helpful and accessible. I loved working with Tisha. Very easy going and always willing to assist with renters needs. Roberts Realty should be proud of having an employee like her. Thank you Roberts Realty and thank you very much Tisha for everything.

Fast and efficient response to calls, emails and concerns. When the first property I put a deposit down for had a problem, they found me another great rental that fit all of my needs. Since then I have been happy to be renting with this group. They work WITH their renters. Good company.

We were with Roberts Realty for two years. Their communication is swift. Any repairs needed was taken care of immediately. They're staff is friendly and extremely accommodating and available. Andy would personally respond to all emails, texts and phone calls. Not once did they ever try to swindle us out of security deposits or charge hidden fees. Best landlord I've had and I've run the gauntlet of college landlords.

My experience was: if you don’t trash his place, pay rent on time, and are reasonable and professional with him, he’ll reciprocate.

Stayed with Andy for 3 years. Quick responses to maintenance requests, gave exceptions to late rent a few times, and otherwise a great landlord to work with.

Andy was an excellent landlord. Things were always fixed in a timely manner, and he was extremely helpful with forwarding me a package once I moved away.

Ken was very willing to work with me on my move in date earlier this year and I love my apartment! Great location (UCity), cute interior, love the hardwood floors and there were brand new appliances when I moved in. Anytime I've had an issue with anything, the office staff (particularly Jessica) have been great with prompt service and taking care of the problem. I would recommend Roberts Realty to anyone!

Andy Roberts was a solid landlord. Was always out to help when things broke or there were issues with the apartment, always had things fixed fast. Also was accomodating of my wife and I's needs as military couple with leasing.
