SpringHill Suites by Marriott Portland Vancouver

Had a block of 40 rooms for 5 nights and not one guy had any complaint. Monique the manager was very helpful and the staff were great. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a room in the area.

I have been staying at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Portland/Vancouver for several weeks as I am in the process of buying a home in Washington. Truly all of the staff that I have met here have been exceptional.
They are very friendly and have a positive attitude for wanting to help in any way they can. I have only the best things to say regarding this hotel.
The hotel manager clearly has done a great job recruiting high quality individuals who can get any job done and to be of assistance to the guest. The hotel has kind, caring people working in all of the departments.
The housekeepers are excellent and take great care in making sure my room is perfect. Every morning the ladies who manage the breakfast stations are friendly and quick to keep everything clean and fresh.
Having a longer stay at this given me the opportunity to see all of the great qualities this hotel has to offer., however none of those qualities can outshine the wonderful people who make their guest feel at home.

When I arrived I was concerned to see that there is construction going on at the hotel. However, the impact of the construction was well mitigated and had no impact on the quality of my stay. The check-in was fast and frictionless. The room was spotless. I wish I could have stayed more than one night.

I stayed here after I had surgery to recover some before traveling to the beach, to recover more. It was perfect and the staff was extra kind before, during and after my surgery. I actually just book another stay here. This is the perfect place for short stays or longer stays. Within walking distance of many places nearby. Taxi service. Food deliveries. Again the staff here was absolutely fantastic.They even helped me when I was checking out, post surgery. I absolutely love this hotel. They were incredible and helpful. I didn't use many of their extras because I was here to recover. This upcoming trip is for a post surgery appointment and just overnight. So I won't really check out any if their extras. But my room was clean. That is the most important part to me.

One of the nicest hotels I have been to and I have been to a lot of them! Room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent and fresh. OJ some of the best I ever had. Even checking out, the house keeping team greeted me and wished me a good day as did the GM at check out. 10/10 please stay here and make sure you get Marriott Rewards for it too :)

Super clean and comfortable place to stay. It’s a large space with a small living room, a small kitchen area (no stoves, only sink and silverware), and a separate bathroom with wash area. The bed is super comfortable with bright bedside lamps, and the cooler works just fine too. There are hand sanitizers from the entrance to the elevator, and device disinfectant wipes in the room as well. As for the noise, the walls are quite thin, so don’t be too loud at night.

Ashley the front desk rep was amazing. She has great customer service skill and really made my family feel welcome. Everyone that worked there was smiling and so friendly which is hard to find these days. Clean nice rooms, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and a late check out! Will stay here again.

We had an Very early flight arrival and they were so kind as to accommodate us into a room even though it was a few hours before the allowed check in time. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. They also have a free continental breakfast that's included which is very nice. Anything that we needed or questions we had they helped us out right away. There are also a good amount of restaurant options nearby which is a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

When we were there it was super quiet and not busy. Breakfast is now served downstairs (maybe it was all along?), but we missed having any fruit. However the eggs and potatoes were good. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to Hopworks Urban Brewery (HUB). Very clean and a nice staff.

I have stayed here a few times. The manager is doing something right. The staff here is friendly and helpful. If you want to have a comfortable stay where you feel welcomed, this is your place. Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. Check out isn’t until noon if you’re lazy! Breakfasts are ok as well. Very clean.

Garrett and Nana had a good time at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Check In was easy I recommend Sarah and Ashley and Are room was in great condition- for the TVs Guide and Toilet handle too and Great Job to Beds and it should be Ferm and Mirror Lighting around the mirror was great Breakfast was good condition and of course the The Suite Shop was in condition and well was the I did a in depth Look at the Fitness Center and Guest Laundry Hand Sanitizer was out in the Guest Laundry Great Job for Elevator 🛗 1 Front Entrance was in good condition Loved the Carpet and the lighting in the Hallway + for the sink in the room and nice shower rod was looked like it was in good condition as well as the desk area in the room too and Very nice lamps in the room and same with the nightstand in the middle of the beds

The staff are so friendly and supportive. The facilities are very clean and provide a nice environment for work, play, and just hanging out!

A fantastic stay all around. The layout of the room makes your stay feel more like a condo than a hotel room. Ice machine and drink vending on every floor. Immaculately clean. Quiet. Ample electrical outlets for charging all your devices. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi. A nice range of lighting-soft and low for relaxing, bright for working. Friendly staff. Check-in was super fast. Check-out is not until noon!

My only complaint-the bed pillows. Packing peanuts in a pillowcase. Bring your own.

I’ve stayed in numerous locations on my trips to Portland, but any future visits to Portland or Vancouver will include this hotel.

Great hotel. Loved the 2 queens with sofa couch for larger families, kitchenette, pool and breakfast was great! The only complaint was that the breakfast staff could not keep up with the amount of people needing breakfast. They needed to staff another person. Many guests were very unhappy, including us that we had to ask so many times for things. Other than that, I would stay again.

Spacious hotel room with two queen beds and a twin size pull-out bed in the couch too. Perfect for a family. Small kitchenette too. Great friendly front desk service, nice and generous enough to leave the pool open a little late to allow our kids to play when we checked in. Breakfast was skimpy and ran out of food early.
