I really want to say this to you. My experience with your credit union has always been very very good and the people are very kind to me even on the phone. I know some of them my name. And when I end the conversation with them I'm usually smiling. I've been a member for 10 years or more.

This is the BEST Credit Union/Financial Institution ever! Period, Exclamation Point. Chase can offer $225 to start an account, KeyBank $400, Alta Bank $500 ... ha!ha! I laugh ... I will never leave American United Federal Credit Union.
When I say BEST, I mean it ... the Account Reps are super! Every single one of them. Their service is beyond compare.

I visited this branch at the Salt Lake City VA to withdraw some cash. I am a member of a different credit union out in California. Thank you to Dashnee for being so helpful and making my experience as convenient as if I was at my credit union back home

Very quik, easy, friendly, I've bought a truck with them and have had an account since 1993 back when they were CU1 always helpful.

She was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable dealing with my situation.

I was very pleased with the help I received at American United credit union. When I needed help I received it in a timely manner.
I love American United family Credit Union they have always treated me with respect and dignity! They have helped me when I needed Signature loans on many occasions and now they have given me a car loan and I’m definitely happy with their services.

I had a very pleasant experience with Jason, the loan officer. He is genuine in helping people to get a better loan rate and saved me money. I will highly recommend him along with Ben to friends, family and anyone who is seeking loans or to refinance!

Very nice credit union. Today I had to stop in at a lobby near my doctor appointment and in the course of giving me my cash, the teller asked me if I knew about the Gold Star program because I have my retirement funds directly deposited (and/or becuase I'm a veteran maybe). He said it would give me a bigger end-of-year dividend. Last year I was delighted to receive a few dollars that way, and because he was kind enough to look twice at my account today, I will get a few more. Very nice of him. There are other good things about this credit union too, such as partnering with many others for basic functions, thus meaning I have twice as many "branches" all over town. If I refer someone to open an account, we both get a $25 thank-you deposit, and they pay a buck or two for children's good grades. I like this place.

I have never been treated as kindly by any staff throughout the entire system as I was with AMUCU. Everyone went out of their way to make my loan simple, easy, fast, and efficient, yet with a personal, caring touch, a very hard thing to do. The rates and overall program are better than anywhere else , which is another plus, and there were no false promises made. I trust these people with 1005 of their word for integrity and honesty stand at the core of dealing with the military, as do personal service and going the extra military esprit d corps step.

I would have never thought that I would be motivated to write a review on a credit union but I LOVE American United and they deserve 5 stars. I don't know how many branches there are but they definitely have a small family feel. They always beat the interest rates of other organizations. They answer when you call, they call back right away if you need a call back. I am so happy to have found such a gem.

I have been treated with such kindness and understanding by the team at the Foothill Drive location (especially the manager Mr. Thompson). They have been able to take care of all my banking needs and make suggestions in order to keep my accounts secure and best serve my needs! I would definitely recommend them to any fellow Veteran who needs a bank they can trust.

I have never in my life experienced customer service like I have at American United Federal Credit Union. I am 68 years of age. The whole staff at the Salt Lake VA branch never cease to amaze, with tips on preventing identity theft to knowing the latest scams before they happen to you ... the are hands-down THE BEST!

Best credit union I have joined. Applied for a loan a few months back and had an answer within an hour and the money by the end of the day. Whenever I have an unusual request, they are responsive. Amazing customer service. All of the staff seems to be knowledgeable and deliver superb customer service. Great rates as well!

I love my credit union!! They treat me like I truly matter to them and appreciate me, all my.kids use this credit union also, they have helped them establish credit without having to start with a high interest credit card or loan, every year we all.also own cash back for being a continued customer!

I gave lived in multiple states and a few countries since I have been a member for the credit union. I have always been able to get all my banking needs handled in a timely and professional manner. Between there online services or a simple phone call from anywhere I have lived I have been taken care of. Will continue to be a member for as long as I can.

These people are so attentive to the smallest details in order to make business at this particular credit union not only completely understandable but a real pleasure to do whatever business you have.

This credit union was so great to work with. Nikki was so fast and efficient. She worked with me every step of the auto loan process. She really helped me have an amazing car buying experience because she help take so much stress off my shoulders by helping with anything she could.

Even though my branch isn't accessable at this time, I received excellent personal service at the branch by the VA hospital. Kent Zeller went above and beyond in helping both me and my nephew. The branch Manager and Loan Officer were also very helpful. Overall an excellent team. Thank you for your excellent service!
